I went into this ulta with my friend to purchase the new two faced contour kit. There was none left on the shelf and no one in sight to ask if they had any left. So we opened the storage drawers underneath to see if they had any in there. A woman by the name of Minar (not sure if thats the correct spelling) ran over and said in a very condisending voice "uh can I help you?!" As she kick the drawer closed. Then proceeded to re open it, pretend to see if it was in there, then slam it shut again. She then stated very rudely "yeah theyre discontinuing it anyway" (which is definitely not true it just came out according to an actual employee of Two Faced 7 days prior). The entire time we browsed the store she followed us around and glared at us. Never will I ever set foot in this ulta again. Ive been a platinum member at ulta for years now and give them a great deal money and have never been treated like that. My suggestion is Minar should be in the back room stocking with her poor attitude and customer service.

I wont be back again, i went before valentines day it was like half hour before closing and they already had the door locked with me inside there was 2 white girls, they looked at me like if i was going to steal something the girl that was following me didnt even asked to help me she just was playing stupid while next to me, i asked for her help and she told me that it was kind of expensive (what i was looking for) she directed me to the product and she went back to the register to talk behind my back with the other girl it was a very awkward and wrong situation i was wearing momny jeans and a bun with no make up after a long day with my kids and all of my duties i didnt know i had to go dressing fancy or wearing tons of make up to be treated like a descent person. First and last time at Ulta store.

As soon as I came in there was instantly a lady commenting on everything I looked at starting from me trying to see a sample of a product to interrupting me and my sisters conversation out of no where for something very unnecessary. She got so annoying standing behind my back all the time that I left my bag next to her and walked out. And when she interrupted us it was to say some stupid ignorant comment not to help us or see if were okay. She didnt even look like one of the helpers, she looked like a security guard. Very unsatisfied.

I had my 11 year old daughter with me who is very mature by the way, when I walked into this location to buy some Anastasia products. No one even offered help. Every one was socializing or giving me a weird look, I dont know if was because of my race or because i brought a child in the store as maybe they have an aversion to this. After about 20 minutes someone finally helped me. Although I spent 70 bucks, I will never shop at this location again, maybe I should just go to Sephora instead.

Just left, and the cashier Manar definitely isnt a people person. Seems rude. She should be somewhere in the back where she doesnt interact with people because her customer service is very poor.

Nice shopping experience and the salon is a great place to get hair done. For African American people I recommend AJ as your stylist.
