Keara and Tony were so happy and friendly when I came into their store; I WAS DESPERATE , I am about to go out of town , and my Galaxy pad and my Galaxy S 4 phone was not in sync due to storage issues. Miraculously, they assisted me with my Storage space and suggested that I purchase an SD card, which prevented me from having to delete valuable information from my phone. Aaron kept me entertained by sharing information with me on the latest Galaxy s7. In conclusion the staff here is wonderful and I was impressed with the teamwork so, therefore when I am ready to upgrade my device I will be sure to come to this location.

Went into the store very frustrated with Sprint customer care. I felt like I was getting nowhere with them so I decided to go into the store with hopes that someone could help me. I was greeted as soon as came into the door, Marlo was the associate that helped me out. He did an amazing job with helping me. He sat with me and he called customer care for me and he sat on the phone with them for at least 20 - 30 minutes and eventually got my situation handled. He was very patient and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to say to customer care. I appreciated him taking the time to help me. Great customer service!

The staff are a bunch of liars, I wish I would have read reviews before going there. They sold us 3 S5s supposedly they were an upgrade with a 2 yr contract...$160 per phone we could pay off at any time or just pay $5 extra per phone on the monthly bill. Turns out we signed a lease for 2 years on each Phone !!!! then we have to return the phone after the lease or buy it at that time for $200!!!!! The store manager does nothing about this!!!! I am going through corporate and I will also notify them that this is a common practice at this location!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

My Sales Professional Aaron Plantilla was quite efficient and very knowledgeable. He helped me with a broken phone and even offered me advice on additional options. Tony , one of the Managers gave me great advice as well. I left the store on a Thursday and went to some other phone outlets but it wasnt the same experience . I went back today and Aaron called me by name as I walked in . I bought the iPhone 6s and I love it. Aaron even tutored me . Every employee in that Sprint Store is Phenomenal!!! 5 Stars to the Manager as well.

The best Sprint store in the Chicagoland area, as far as Im concerned. Ive been a Sprint costumer for years, and this store is second to none. Their sales staff is great, they dont treat you like a sale and are truly knowledgeable about their services and phones. I bought an HTC hero at this store, and later decided to return it and get a Samsung Moment instead because I wanted a physical keyboard. I got no hassle, just complete understanding and helpfulness. Come here and Brenton and the boys will treat you right.

My experience in the Sprint store was very pleasant. The sales associate Keara went above and beyond when helping my daughter n I get into new phones and a free tablet and she even put us on a new plan which saves me $50 on my monthly bill. I would highly recommend this young lady to my friends and family considering the fact that she did an awesome job and anyone who visit this location should ask to work with Keara!!!!

Went into the Tinley Park store and worked with Devon. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I switched from Verizon to Sprint and was a little worried. I have had No dropped calls and their Spark network works everywhere even inside ice arenas where Verizon wouldnt. I am no longer doubting my decision especially when it saves me 50 bucks a month Thanks Sprint and the Tinley Park store!!!!

I came in once for an issue with the battery on my phone, and ironically a few days later because I dropped my phone and broke my screen. Tony was so helpful figuring out what was wrong with my phone. He definitely went above and beyond! Devin helped me with the broken screen situation, all while entertaining my 2 young boys! Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I have updated different phones on my account in the past few months. Marlo helped me both times and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond. He answered every question I had explained my account in detail and transferred everything quickly. The entire staff is extremely friendly and I will be back again!

Came into the Tinley Sprint store with a broken phone and thought I was going to have to spend a ton of money for a new one. Mark assisted me with all the help I needed. Not only did i not have to pay anything for a brand new phone; he got all my important music, pics and vids to transfer over. Great experience!! Thank you again.

This place is on the SE corner of the 159th and Harlem Ave. intersection. Not a real big Sprint Store, but that doesnt matter. When I was there on a Saturday morning, Mike helped me with an upgrade and he was a champ....very helpful....excellent service. Id go back to this store again rather than others that are closer.

The worker straight up lied to me about the protection plan. I told her that i didnt want any protection plan and she told me that sprint forced you to buy it for one month. This is a lie. Sprint does not have that policy. It is disgusting that the workers at this store lie to their customers.

Been a customer for 8 and a half years and every time I walk in, the staff knows me personally and helps me with any questions I have. Both Marlo and Keara have worked with me and are very knowledgeable! I would suggest if in the orland or tinley area, come to this site for experienced help!
