I am so sick and tired of the express line being the longest line in the store, and another register NOT being opened up. I am also tired of the Starbucks line being so long with only 1 person working behind the counter. I love the products this store carries. I think the associates are nice. I think something needs to be done about the management of this store, when it comes to staffing and front line control. I shopped here yesterday, and was appalled at the service. This poor new girl was working at the Starbucks by herself, with a line so long, it wrapped around to the entrance of the store. She kept pressing the button for help......and no one came. I felt so sorry for her. This happened after waiting in the ridiculously long line at the express check out.

Went there today and couldnt even find any Elmers glue!!! Or normal bottles of glue. Nothing. The only school section they have is 2 half isles. And the only thing they sell in that school/office isles is Yoobi which is why over priced and not even goid quality. Target makes alot of money but they dont have anything. How??? Most of the employees didnt even know where most of the product was. Walmart in Country Club Hills is way better thats just sad.

Ive been shopping@this Target since it opened some years back. Its generally well stocked and I have never had an issue with the service aside from the typical "I hate my job" teenage cashiers - which are to be found at any store. I am a Latina (of very dark complexion) and have NEVER felt the least bit discriminated against and am surprised at the claims of racism. The workers are generally friendly and helpful plus its fairly well kept and clean.

Horrible. The store has been rearranged and they dont have any maps or easily visible signs to find items. They also have cases upon cases of pop in the middle of each main isle. You could not get through. The men were still stocking it. Everyone has to wait in lines all over just to get to the next isle. Also the self checkout is too small. Not enough room when people have carts in there.

I just called and the representative was EXTREMELY RUDE ! I asked a question and instead of giving me an answer she instead mocked and made fun of the question that I asked and then hung up on me !!! Horrible customer service ! I called at exactly 8:22 pm 1/4/17 so whoever was answering phone at that time should be fired !! Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone

My visit was okay however I had to return some outdated expired market value sour cream. I feel that if you have expired items on your shelves and the customer has to return it they should be compensated in some kind of way. Furthermore I had just purchased this item two days ago, grabbing it not even looking at the expiration date.

Terrible customer service!!! Tried to return baby gifts that were purchased off their baby registry . With gift receipts , but they give you not the price that was paid but a greatly reduced version. Read their policy before buying anything !!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! Corporate is even worse ! Nobody cares at Target ‼️‼️‼️

This is the Target I go to the most. Their stores are still cleaner and doesnt look like a glorified yard sale like MOST Walmarts. There were a few times that Ive found the place kind of disorganised, but for the most part, its well put together.

Some of the grocery shelves are holding one item or empty. Been shopping for groceries at this Super Target in Tinley Park since it opened. Thinking maybe back to Jewel as a one stop instead of having to go grocery store after the Target visit.

Terrible managers, they give s hard time about anything like returns, price match, tax exempt. Always bad service and very ignorant employees with attitudes. The local establishments around it always hear about complaints from that location.

This location is very clean, well stocked and has a friendly staff. Target products cost a little more than Walmart but the quality, atmosphere and kindness of the team members makes the little extra you may spend well worth it.

The Target in Tinley Park. The aisles are not marked very well. It took me 10 minutes to find Poptarts and the bread aisle. I am also sad that they took the Pizza Hut out. After the remodel it looks like a yuppy store

For a "Super Target" they NEVER have enough product on the shelf to sell nor is there any shopping carts available. Ive gone in 3 different times for multivitamins and they never have them. I gave up on that store.

The Target on 191st is a super Target so you have the added benefit of being able to shop for groceries. This location is clean, well laid out and the staff is friendly. Its a great place to shop.

Nothing was good about the experince at target just be mindful of the return counter you have a clerk deciding policy on what can be returned and what cannot and boy what a nasty attitude

Produce not very good for price. The iPad price checkers never work. Minute clinic is also randomly closed, which defeats the purpose. Dont care to grocery shop here in general.

Got all the stuff you want but NEVER enough registers open. The cashiers are so slow its like they are trained to go slow so you pick up more little things from the register area.

As far as Target stores go, this is easily the nicest in south chicagoland. With a butchers and fresh produce, to hand rolded sushi and Starbucks. One stop shopping at its best.

Jimmy from the bakery was very helpful. He helped us out after work on his own time with car troubles! Very good guy. He sat with us and wasnt impatient after work hours.

Tinley Park Target is very easy to navigate. Wide aisles, organized merchandise. Recently they have updated their displays, dollar spot & have a new beer/wine section!
