DO NOT SHOP BURLINGTON...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. Bought a stroller from Burlington and hated the design because its made for short people and didnt work for me. When I tried to return it 6 days later the store manager wouldnt let me return it even though I specifically asked at the time of purchase if I could return it if I didnt like it. His excuse was that I could only try it on carpet. The guy was a jerk. DO NOT SHOP BURLINGTON...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Not sure if this was the store I was in. Dont live in Illinois. Store definitely in this area. I have worked in retail for many years and if I was the Mgr I would be ashamed of the mess. If I was the DM Id fire the Mgr. Horrible mess, no excuse for it.
