((( THE WORST HOME DEPOT WEVE EVER BEEN IN! HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND! ))) The ONLY REASON I even gave this crummy one my business is our new bathroom contractor lived between it and us and he wanted to just pick all the equipment we needed there! We naturally had to pick out some of the stuff up ourselves, but EVERY TIME it was an awful experience! For example: I would ask if a different clerk multiple times if they gave me my much deserved Military discount, and theyd say yes. But then Id check my receipt outside, and always have to go back in to get it! Im a former Marine, Vietnam Vet, and we just didnt get much back then. So I feel I want to take advantage of it now! One of the asst. Mgrs. (cant remember his name) was absolutely NO HELP when I reported this to him! Im a Purple Heart recipient, and have to always use a cane or a shopping cart to get around stores. One time when I was leaving this store with a cart with two bags PLUS a 3 foot long Vanity light box, an employee said to me, "Do you have to use that cart? You know we have to go out in the parking lot and get them!" I was rightfully furious and told him off!!! I went back in to report it, but another asst. Mgr. said to me, "no reprimanding of employees while their still working!" And we would go THREE DAYS AHEAD to order (AND PAY IN FULL) things like drywall too big for us to get in our car, so our contractor would have to do it. BUT EVERY TIME, NOTHING WAS EVER READY, so hed show up ALL TICKED OFF TO WORK ON OUR NEW BATH!!! I could go on & on! AVOID THIS CERTAIN HOME DEPOT AT ALL COST!!! p.s. This is my first review EVER about anything!

I have never written a review before, this experience needed one. I was out running around all day looking for a certain Sherman Williams paint color and sheen, so I was a little irritated. Final stop was Home Depot on orchard rd. I went in and they had it yay! All the employees thats helped me were very friendly and funny which made my bad day a good one. As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed one of the employees that helped me earlier standing in an aisle speaking to customers as they walked passed him. I asked him where his register was? He smiled and said,"right over here." He took the paint can from my hands and began ringing it up on the self checkout register. He was very funny and making jokes while ringing up my paint. Then when it was time to pay, he took out his wallet and swiped his credit card. He paid for my item! I tried paying him back but he refused. His name was Myles, the store manager. I have never at any store, been treated with so much respect and kindness. He is a good man and I am still in shock! Thank you Myles

Went in here to add some flowers, bushes and plants to my home. I had previously been to all garden centers in the area walking around without a clue on what to plant. We came here and were greeted right away by a woman named Rita. She not only answered all my questions on plants and trust me there were many! She also listened to what I would like and her knowledge led me to build a beautiful landscape. She knew about so many plants and I have made lots of mistakes in the past by purchasing the wrong types for shade or sun etc. With a very upbeat personality we ended up getting everything we needed and my yard looks stunning. I really had to compliment home depot because of her. She obviously loves her job and helping people. Thanks home depot, you have a wonderful employee and thank you so much Rita! I wish I could upload pictures of my yard!

Time and time we visit our local Home Depot looking for home repair help. And time and time again we are disappointed. Not only can you not find someone to help you, but when you do find someone their assistance is mediocre and not helpful. We made several trips tonight to get parts to fix our toilet. The first trip ended with wrong parts after following an employees advice. The second trip ended with my fiancée searching for a tool while several employees stocked shelves around him. Not one person asked if he needed help. The customer service at this Home Depot is incredibly disappointing and our latest experience makes it easier to find another place to shop for our home repair needs.

First off i was told to go to home depot, thought i walked in to it, turned out it was a home de"pot" and they intruded my home and took allllllllllll danky dank and then this guy named Mike, went upstairs and gave my moms a dirty sanchez and now shes insane, and i have to give her pills, which normally isnt bad, but they are suppositorys. I have had a wonderful experience here! The employees are so helpful and have a very good attitude - weve shopped here and also participated in the 1st Saturday of the month activities for the kids. Amazing people work here! I highly recommend shopping here :-).
