I purchased a washing machine from this location because they had a great deal on it and that was the only good part of my experience. The staff did not seem eager to help and was not informative. The associate that did all the paperwork was ready to get off and made it clear she wanted us to hurry up. The day it was supposed to be delivered they never showed up and they didnt reschedule another delivery time. The staff was not helpful at all and just had excuses for everything. Weve had to continually call to get updated and I still have not received my appliance. Would not buy again from them.

I had a damaged tiller within warranty and they asked me to pay for them to look at it. They also said it would take 6 weeks for them to get to it. I explained to them that it was not logical for me to pay for them to look at the damaged part (visible at the bottom of the tiller) for an item in warranty. The manager came over and was less helpful than gentleman I was dealing with. She basically acted like she had no ability to do anything and made NO attempt to help. I contacted the manufacturer and they are working to resolve the issue. They also expressed previous issues with home depot.

Ordered online delivery for Friday. It wasnt until after I paid that changed to Monday. I called to pick up at this store on Friday instead of delivery. They said they would have it ready for me to pick up. Not only was the order not ready, it took forever to get it together. They said they refunded my delivery fee and they didnt. Its been almost 2 weeks now and 3 different times I have been told that my delivery fee would be refunded and it still is not. Also, my boards were mislabeled so I got 24 wrong-sized boards.

Just bringing in a load had another home depot stop first was on time but held up because of an employee illness OK it happens no big deal arrived in mobile Alabama @1 pm. Receiver say he aint got time to unload me a whole 11 pallets guess hes the Lil dock king hehehe material is on pallets. Kinda small rock or stone tile I was told it was for a sale and it was needed asap. But that type of attitude it makes it hard to want to go out of my way for the store I try to give good customer service.

Just purchased a big grille!!!! Home depot employee from lighting DEPT , stopped what he was doing to help me wheel grille to register and then outside to my trailer to help load it up. He could of easily sent me on a wild goose chase to find someone in the lawn and garden section, but he didnt.....Thats hard to find these days in retail stores...

Has everything you could need or want, except for shopping carts that havent been sitting in direct sunlight and baking in 95 degree heat ALL day long. Dont bother asking the staff if there are any carts inside the store that arent too hot to touch - thats "not their responsibility" and youll just have to "stop being a wuss".

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot very much. The store is very clean and well lit. The employees are very helpful and can normally be found with ease, but are not overbearing and pushy. I have often found the products are Home Depot tend to be of higher quality than some other home improvement stores.

Left chain saw to be repaired6 days ago ,not ready yet.its only 3 months old and shouldnt need repair to begin with .never would start after it was turned off .should have listened to advice and bought one from independent dealer. Instead of home d .but I thought they would take care of me.

It is retail, with that said Home Depot needs to hire more employees for this store. Very frustrating when you call this store and go in. I try and go to the other store but there are some "expertise" with certain departments at this store than the other. That is a plus

I live in Theodore and went to Lowes first waited forty minutes to be told by the man in lawn and garden he would be there soon waiting for another fifteen minutes went to Home Depot got a riding mower and gone in fifteen minutes thats faster than Jimmy Johnson LOLOL
