I had to say, I spent quite some time looking for a small engine repair place that had good reviews in the area and I couldnt find one that had reviews and those that did were poorly rated. I decided on Russo because it was close and had no bad reviews. I have a gas powered power washer that was running very rough. When I brought it in they told me they would have a quote in about 3 days and would cost $25. The $25 would be not be charged if I had it repaired there. About 3 hours later I received a call and told me I would be able to pick it up later that day. I asked if they do pick up and drop off for larger pieces, and they do. Ill be taking my snowblower to them this fall.

Brought in Toro self pacing mower for broken cable. 7-10 business days. Was fixed at the tail end of that window, mostly due to it taking over a week to get the part. Seems like it shouldnt take that long for the part. Rob from Russo called me right away when the part came in and they fixed it immediately. Russos got on it right away. Seems like a basic part that should be in stock or quicker way to get parts. Very responsive after some follow up. Given the need for getting the mower working quickly given the weather, appreciate their attention to getting it fixed once part came in.

Dropped my lawn mower off June 6 and it sat untouched for 11 days. Wasnt even scheduled to be looked at until June 17. The only reason I know this is because I called them to ask why I hadnt heard anything yet after 10 days without word. Im hopeful to see whether they actually do good work on the repair, but I cant even believe their turnaround time is this slow, or their follow up communication with the customers non-existent. Who does business this way? I can tell you who wont be doing business with me again.

After simple purches they asking for more money for shipping cost , i tried solwe issue by phone , 5 calls nobody cares menager not helpfully at all, dont waste your time , first time and last time i do business there.
