Every time I walk in Im greeted by someone and instantly asked if I need help finding anything. The knowledge of the staff is incredibly helpful especially for a weekend handyman like myself. This store reminds me of the little hardware store my Dad used to take me when I was a kid. A breath of fresh air compared to the other giant stores where you can get lost in the labyrinth and never find anyone who has actual knowledge and can help.

I needed a plumbing part. I never made it to the plumbing section before someone asked if I needed help. Not only did I have the part in my hand within literally less than a minute, I had a couple of follow-up suggestions by the associate in case this part was not the problem.
