While it doesnt have the huge product selection of a warehouse hardware store, the other aspects of Libertyville Ace make up for it..and then some. Service, for example, is amazing. Employees are friendly and always very eager to help you find whatever youre looking for. The Manager is always out in the store making sure his customers are happy. The store is organized and products are easy-to-find. They usually have more cashiers open than customers needing to check out. Wonderful place!

Great selection. Hardware section is excellent. They tend to have the items I cant find at big-box hardware stores. Customer service is attentive, but most of the sales reps dont know much -- thats just how hardware stores go these days, not like older times. Overall, one of the best small franchised Ace Hardware stores Ive been to.

Oh my...what cant they do?! Customer service and product knowledge blows the Big Box stores away every time. Paul, Brenda and the team are always friendly and available to answer any questions and make recommendations. I have trusted and shopped at the Ace location in Libertyville for 40+ years and will continue to do so!

Ace is one of those stores that is fun to go to. Maybe its the layout or selection- there is always something to catch your eye and steal your time. The extremely friendly staff make this a great experience.

Customer service is average to poor. There are a few guys that are helpful. Staff typically isnt very friendly. Menards is hands down better experience.
