When Josh learned that I was desperate for a replacement freezer (found my old one not freezing with the temp in the 20s) he delivered it himself within 30 minutes! The "Big Box" stores cant compete with this "Hometown" store service.

The sales people in the store are GREAT, but realize that they will NOT be the ones servicing your product. The service process for Sears is the WORLDS WORST.
