This is a company that take your money by all means, it will offer you a two faced service. Lets start with the receipts that are to be given as stated by M Alexander the owner, after buying a air pump for my son tire she refuse to offer me service for the failure of the employee that is a old white male that seem to be slow at being a cashier which fail to give me a receipt. After being in the retail management for the past 20 years I know that you should have store policy listed, well be aware that you will not get anything back once you buy it, they will hold your money even if it is a defected part in he lawn mower service area. they do not inform you that there is no refund on any tickets nor any working item. If you are a person of color stay away from this company they showed their true color to me as a customer color, they are a RED NECK back wood company.

Terrible experience. Dropped off chainsaw for repair on April 19th, and was told it would be 5-7 days. Didnt get my chainsaw back until today May 19th, exactly ONE month later. When I called to talk to the manager to check status and tried to explain that we felt it wasnt good customer service to tell people 5-7 days when its really going to be a month or later. He said he didnt know why the guy told me that and didnt even apologize. He was rude and snappy with me. I told him I felt he was being rude and he got even ruder with me! He even wrote on my pickup form that I called in saying he was rude. The part didnt even look new. It looked like they filed down part of our chainsaw. Word of mouth is important. We will make sure NEVER to recommend this place to anyone. Big mistake coming here.

Very overpriced and rude. Some old woman at the register will sell you a product that she knows is garbage and then tell you no refunds with a smirk on her face when you try to return it. When I told her I would never shop there again she said "well I dont feel like Im loosing a good customer". To me that is totally unprofessional and rude. She continued to try to argue even after I asked to please be checked out so I could leave. Me and my friends and family will definitely be going to Lowes from now on.

Terrible service! Ordered a part. After I paid was told it would be in on Wednesday. Called after said date and was told part was on back order and no idea when it will be in. Called a week or so later and said it would be in Sept 9 for sure. Called 10th and asked them to find out where it is and call me back. No one called. Called today and got hung up on. Will never do business her again. Too many other options to be treated like this.

Needed a couple of bolts for a lawn mower. Called to see if they had them. Yes, they did and at a fair price. So, I jumped in my vehicle and drove ten miles to purchase them. All I had was my credit card. Generally, no problems but at Alexander Hardware you have to make a minimum purchase. They didnt care that I had to drive 20 miles. So they can keep their parts and I will do business elsewhere.

They are never friendly. We have been there a few times, and everytime i feel uncomfortable. Nobody speaks to you and dont seem like they care if purchase anything or not. I dont care if u have good service, if the employees are rude then i want give u my business! ! They will probly have what u need but dont expect friendly people.!!!

The people here seem unconcerned if you shop there or not. The prices are out of the ball park high. The young feminine acting guy at the register is rude. They act like that they are the only place in the world to get parts. I will only go there if its my last resort.

Ive only bought little nuts and bolts here and little stuff for the lawn mower. Every time Ive been here Ive had great polite service even when I had questions. I agree with cheap tools being sold here but I know better to buy junk.

They had the part I needed faster and at a better price than any other place, they even suggested a part that was better. I got it and it has been working with no problems, thanks very helpful

They lost my mower then later found it but there were parts missing. It was under the manufacturer warranty but because of missing parts more money would be invested. Bad customer service.
