Back in April 2015 I went into the store to get some paint. They were busy so I waited in line. Another customer came in after me, and when the next store clerk became available they helped him first. I spoke my piece but was totally ignored. I left went to Fleet Farm down the street was helped immediately and turns out I like their paint way better then Menards so thanks for that. I mailed my 11% rebate in back in April and have yet to receive it, and I have NOT been back in any Menards since April. So I sent an email to their rebate location, and asked where my rebate was, they said it was never received, and they said to send the original invoices and rebate form in again. I explained I did not have the original receipts as I mailed them the first time. Was told I had to go to the store and get them reprinted and another form and send it again. What a waste of my time, and I was not looking forward to going back into the store. So when i finally got some time I stopped printed my receipts again got the rebate form and mailed them on 9-24-15 still have not received my rebate. I just saw an advertisement for an on going 11% rebate good luck to everyone at getting it, cuz it has not happened for me yet, still waiting since April 2015. Very UN happy with the way they do things there. I can get everything I need with MUCH better customer service then here at Fleet Farm.

I JUST LOVE THE BEAVER DAM MENARDS STORE! WE ARE THERE ALOT AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE FROM THE EMPLOYEES IN ALL THE DEPARTMENTS, THEY ALL SEEM TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH HELPING YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS. AS FAR AS ALESHA THAT MADE A COMMENT ABOUT PAIGE THAT WORKS THERE, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ALESHA IS TALKING ABOUT???? MAYBE ALESHA IS HARD TO PLEASE, BECAUSE PAIGE IS ESPECAILLY ONE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES THAT WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB!!!! DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE THE NEGATIVITY FROM PEOPLE, BECAUSE ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT BEAVER DAM MENARDS THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH ARE GREAT PEOPLE/EMPLOYEES TO WORK WITH.

This is a great store. And for the most part, what makes it a great store are the people working there. The wide selection of products is a benefit too. We have had the department managers, as well as other employees go the second mile for us many times. And another little known benefit to the store is, they have the best prices in town on things like: Cereal, gram crackers, chips, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, just to name a few of the things we get there other than building materials.

Not always the highest quality on lumber, but they almost always have what you need. Good people working there will always help. Kinda funny, but there food prices are not bad. Deals on chips, pizza, and such. Also buy the dog and cat food for a good price. Otherwise they have a great selection on paint, lumber, flooring, lights, etc. There is a whole outdoor area for summer landscaping projects. Over all great store.

Alesha before you comment please know your facts. She is a type of management. Not the manager. She may have been flustered because shes doing a million things at once, but she would never throw a "temper tantrum" to help a guest. Im pretty sure you have the wrong person. She is kind to everyone.

Found a great deal on a small greenhouse. Not familiar with the pricing of many other products but seems to be a fairly decent pricing for the products offered. Also lots of great sales and rebates offered daily.

went in to find some LED under the cabinet lighting, had an above adequate variety of lights to choose with competitive prices. id rather see and hold the light so i have a better idea how it will look installed.

I dont think anyone here wants to do there job ... Takes for ever and they dont seem like they are knowledgable I wish they would never had asked me if they could help... I am better off on my own

staff were unhelpful, store is not organized like other Menard stores so finding what 6ou need requires help if you can find it or previous knowledge of the location.
