I took my Bissell Pro Heat shampooer to be repaired because the spray wasnt working. I picked it up sometime later due to transportation issues. When I received it the machine was filthy under the carriage, the wheels, and the water bladder had dirty water in it. I decided to let the matter go, and cleaned it up myself. I used it several months later, and it worked for 3 feet and quit spraying ! I notified the person that answers the phone, and he told me to bring it back in, I did when I was finally able to this week. I left it again. I was charged another $16 because whoever worked on it had to change the spray tips, I paid about $70 the first time I left it. What I object to is why wasnt it REPAIRED the first time I left it ? Whats really a disappointment is that once again the machine was returned filthy. The condition of the owners place of business should have been my first clue.

these guys are genuine old school, very knowledgeable and really help you. Many parts are actually available cheaper here than on-line and if they can help you repair something rather than replace it - they do it and they are very reasonable with their rates. Great place. Highly recommended.
