Called for amana dryer on sale for 298 from 499 was going to use my snap and the hole time the sales man tolled me it would be 100 dollar delivery charge and then i said i live on 3rd floor he said that would be 150 then went on to say because it was less then 599 it would be 200 for delivery and that the dryer i wanted was a crappy dryer and not worth my money this is not a very good way of doing business i think because they didnt want to deliver it maybe iam not rich enough for them to do business with never have i had someone who sell merchandise talk me out of buy a product i will never call this place again and will tell all the people i know not to use this place.

I recently bought a new dishwasher from Shrewsbury Appliance as the first leg of re-doing my kitchen. I must say after having such an enjoyable experience with them I intend to buy the rest of my appliances through them for the remainder of my kitchen. The service and knowledge Steve and John provide are far superior than what you would find at a big box store. Id much rather support a small local business with this level of expertise than go back to one of those places again. Their prices are fair and both of them are great guys that will tell it to you straight. Installation was quick and clean. Plain and simple this place deserves your business.

He can fix anything, is unfailingly honest and respectful of my home, and is generally a good guy. Ive had enough experience to know that there are plenty of ways to get scammed. Called them trying to get my Sharp Microwave oven fixed, they told me that no one does that any longer. When I offered to tell them who does it their responce was why would they want to help someone by providing this information? What a creep! So I told him to "F U" and hung up. Then he called me back and started harassing and cursing at me. What nerve! Stay away! If you want something fixed, go to Harrity Appliance in Worcester, only $55 to diagnose.
