Do not waste your time buying from here. Peter is your typical seller, sales attitude. I bought a couch and a recliner in the end of January. ....originally was told delivery would be week of Feb 20th..well that came and went, no call from anyone at sclamos to say it was delayed until I called them... when I did call Peter s response was " well are you sitting on the floor."...jerk!. Delivery dates kept changing, finally got my stuff mid March. And the couch was damaged ( torn). I called salesman and the owner Peter about this and his remark was Ill have my stitch guy call you....another joke...hahaha.this was in march..and today is april. Havent heard a word yet!!!!!. Treated like crap and was sold crap.

I ordered a bunk bed for my kids & was advised delivery in 2 weeks. On the date it was to be delivered, I get a call stating the bed I ordered was discontinued, but they had a better one for me... I waited an ADDITIONAL 2 1/2 weeks, only to get a bed that looked used, scratches up the sides & the futon was broke. I called to complain and was advised they would fix it. My bed was originally ordered in FEBRUARY... The replacement came the 3rd week in June & it looked WORSE than the original. Now my kids have no bed thanks to this unprofessional business. Not to mention, how DARE they offer me a $100 discount to keep the broken bed!! Dont waste your time if your looking for quality or good service.

I purposely took a day off from work to accept delivery between 9 and 2, I called after 3 and was told that they be here by 5, Pete, the owner, began to get nasty and rude, and I in turn told them if they werent, just to cancel the order, after 6pm while on the phone with Peter to cancel the order , they finally arrived, I sent them away.....Pete promised if I had them come back and make the delivery that he would get back to me the next day to compensate us for the inconvenience, that was in mid June and have yet to hear from Peter. We always gave sclamos our business in the past and sent many friends there, but no more,never again. Pete can not be trusted to keep his word, typical salesman

Ive always had great purchases from Sclamos and great service! Over the years Ive mustve have purchased 9 items from living room/ kitchen, living room again, a bed was my recent purchase. They called ahead of time, came when they said they would, were very polite no mess at all, and were done within 20 minutes . Peter was wonderful to deal with as always. I will keep coming back when I need to purchase anything .

Bought a new fridge to find that it was still not cold after 3days. Everyday I called them they told me this was normal. They should be bringing another new one today. Not sure if Ill ever buy from them again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! They suck you into coming in because they are low prices - thats crap. They have very high prices but offer you financing to purchase their appliances and put you into debt!!!

My fridge died around noon, called Sclamos first. They had a replacement fridge delivered same day and installed! Great service and Im a 100% satisfied with my new fridge! Thank you!
