Roy charged us $199 to come to our house to fix our washing machine. Then he told us that it would cost an additional $325 in parts to fix it. My husband and my brother just fixed it for $4 worth of capacitors. This guy is a scam. He was at our house less than 10 minutes and he spent half of that in his car. He didnt even take the panel off the machine! I do not recommend them.
