WORST. COMPANY. EVER. I purchased a refrigerator from Metal Men on 4/29/13. They delivered the fridge and picked up my old fridge. Within the 60 day warranty period, I notified them that the fridge was leaking water from the top portion of the refrigerated section. Metal Men made an appointment to have their repair man take a look at it within a few days. They never showed. After 4-5 more scheduled appointments at which the never showed, they finally had someone come out to say that the fridge was not able to be repaired, but that they would replace it. After at least a month or so, they finally delivered a replacement refrigerator. After plugging in the replacement, we stored our food in it. The fridge continued to get colder and colder each day until it began to freeze the food in the refrigerated portion. We attempted to adjust the temperature downward to no avail. We eventually turned the temperature to off, let everything thaw and tried again. After a few days the fridge froze again. We immediately contacted Metal Men to inform them that the replacement fridge was broken. They then told us that we would have to pay $50 for someone to come out and fix it plus the cost of the part. They refused to honor the warranty. We informed them that they agreed the original fridge was covered under the warranty and that they did not fix the original fridge per the warranty, but replaced it with a broken one. They still refuse to fix or replace this fridge. I just spoke to the receptionist - despite my repeated phone calls, the owner never called me back.

This is my first american fridge which I brought from Extreme Appliances . This must be one of the top class Amarican freezers in USA. It was exactly as the pictures that they sent me before purchasing the applience. Excellent value for money. Capacity is reallly great. As they notified before purchasing the item, I found the freezer is definetely more efficient and cheaper to run. I as amazed by their services after sale. When talking about the terms of this web site, I will definitely recommend to any one to experience their service. I found all their prices are very reasonable and the appliences are in good quality. Thats why I tried to get their service. The servicing team in really helpful for me to get this work done in a short time period. I got the freezer before the expected time. When comparing with other applience servicing and aintainig departments, their service is so unique because they are very fast and reliable.Well done guys. Highly recommended

Terrible place to buy appliances!!! They DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD. I bought a refrigerator in May, it broke in beginning of July, they came out to fix it end of July. It broke again beginning of Aug. They sent out a tech once, said he was coming back to fix and never heard or saw them again after many, many, many, many, many attempts to get an answer from them. I suggest you pay the extra $200 and get your appliance from a REAL store. What a gimmick. Now I am not only out the $285 I gave to them but now I have to call bulk pick up to come get the piece of crap they sold me. Dont be fooled by their "God Bless" message on their answering machine. Actually you do need Gods Blessing once you get the appliance in your house!!!!!!

I bought a dryer, and a stove from Mitch when he was selling appliances from his garage 6 or 7 years ago. He was the nicest guy. My mother still has the same stove, and dryer today. I also was given a stackable washer and dryer unit as a xmas gift about a year ago, and about a month later the dryer wasnt heating within that week the tech came out. He fixed the problem that night and he noticed something was missing. He came back the next night on his way home and dropped it off. It is still working great! Anyone that wrote negative comments about Extreme appliance has nothing better to do, and cannot be anymore wrong. Every staff member I dealt with was great! I will recommend them

We bought a GE Cafe Gas stove that was vastly less expensive than the list price. But not only are we having a lot of troubles with the stove/oven, we can not get any help from Metal Men Appliances. They ignored our calls, cant find paperwork, and have been in general evasive. Were totally bummed out about the experience, and it looks like well have to take a soaking on repairs upwards of $800+. There is no model or serial number on the stove, which weve been told means that it likely was sold out of the back door of the factory and is an illegal item.

I bought a stove for $450 on June 30th 2015. Trying to give the local company my business. Within the first week it wasnt working. It took them a month to come out and replace a part. It still wasnt working after they left. Its been 3 months and I do not have a working stove. You can not return their appliance so Im at their mercy. I will never purchase another item from this place as this is really unprofessional and poor customer service. I cant even cook my meals for my family. Do not go to this establishment!!!

The owner is the rudest person I have come across in years! After paying them for delivery and installation they came over and dropped the appliances on a street under the snow and rain and left. When I called them about that they have yelled at me, insulted me... It was just unbelievable! And yet the prices for crappy 15-year old appliances are only 10-20% less than for brand new from Home Depot! What a rip-off! Will never buy from them again and will strongly NOT recommend to anyone else!

Great place to get an appliance. They were more than happy to answer all my questions without a problem. I needed a spring replaced they were prompt and spot on with the right part as well. They returned all my calls and even followed up with me to make sure everything was up to par. I am a firm believer in you get treated the way you treat people. I will use them and will recommend them to all my friends and family as long as Im in this area.

I search for a refrigerator for 2 weeks ,keep seen extreme and drove there ...wanted a very economical refrigerator for less or about her did it got me a ref on a Saturday , delivered by Monday.The delivery guys came up 3floors and friendly . I recommend and will shop again. Luz a $100.00to $150.00.the sales rep was at her game. Her personality, way she expressed,, etc.

I have bought from Extreme Appliances twice. Both times I feel I got a really good deal. My second purchase was a used refrigerator after a few weeks the temp started dropping a bit so I called Tanya and she sent out a repair man the following day. He found the fan was stuck and fixed the problem and everything has been great since. I will shop here again.
