Ordered matching Whirlpool washer (white with grey face) and they sent the totally wrong washer, when called them at 9:00am they have yet to correct the problem by bringing the proper appliances. I feel I would of been better off just saving a little more money and buying from reputable appliance stores because its ridiculous it takes them over a day to correct their mistake. Especially for the price weve paid for it.

Buyer Beware - Purchased 3 appliances from Quality Appliances. All 3 broke within the first week. Serial numbers scratched off washer and dryer. Called Frigidaire and they told me they were supposed to have been scrapped and could be a fire hazard. Owner gave us a refund on appliances he could not deliver after we paid in cash. Both checks bounced. Youve been warned.

Do NOT buy here. The worst. My fridge broke after 2weeks. Called them everyday for 7 days - they never came out to fix. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Endless lies and empty promises. I am taking them to court. You decide :)
