It seems the only people that ever leave reviews are those who had a bad experience. I cant see how this is the case. I was suggested this company from a long time customer and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They call to confirm the day before. They provide you with a 3 hour window like most service businesses. Servicing out in the Hamptons is understandably difficult as the traffic in the summer can be outrageous as any person whos spent a weekend there would know. I requested a call ahead and they graciously did so just to keep me more prepared as they were on their way. Do yourself a favor and dont trust these negative reviews. There are plenty of people that swear by this company, they are just not the ones taking to the internet to leave the reviews.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. The girl who answers the phone is very rude, obnoxious, and will not even let you explain when there is a problem. The tech they sent showed up and had no clue what to do after he took our dryer apart, he then told us to contact the gas company because there was a block in the line. The gas company came and there was no such problem. So we got stuck for the bill from the gas company were liable for the parts that we did not need and they left our dryer in pieces and took our money! Beware!

this so called " Service repair company" is anything but! They are rude and incompetent - the worst repair company Ive ever dealt with. The so-called repair men showed up late, badmouthed the office staff, and had to have them come back three times to repair the SAME JOB ! After dealing with them , I had another appliance repair company come in, they had to redo and replace the shoddy job done by Hamptons Appliance--They should be out of business !

They are the rudest most unreliable repair place. Customer service is the worst would not even give them a star. Debbie the so called owner is so rude I canceled my order and service call they apparently do not need business. They do not know how to run a business they never pick up the phone. Cause Debbie is too stupid and lazy to figure out you can answer and put someone on hold.

Horrible customer service. My appointment was never confirmed. I got no call with an estimated time frame. I tried calling the office until 2pm and it was busy as if the phone was off the hook. Oh and btw they never showed up. I DO NOT recommend!!!

Had refrigeration problem, technician came, spotted problem, gave temporary fix (so we could use refrigerator) pending parts delivery. Am interested in competency and honesty and was completely satisfied. Company has been around for over 30 years
