My experience with AAA Appliance Repair exceeded my expectations. I was surprised, and impressed, to discover that the AAA Appliance website allowed me to request service online. After I completed the service request form, which was for the most part very intuitive, I received a telephone call to the number I had entered on the form within 30-45 minutes. The telephone confirmation was important because one of the weaknesses of the website is that there was no visual confirmation that the submission had been received. The date of the service was confirmed in the call. The communication was very good throughout. In addition to the website submission confirmation call, I received a call on the day of service establishing a 2 hour service arrival window. The technician was skilled and considerate. The repair was to a front loading electric dryer. The bearings were shot and the belt was failing. The parts were in the truck, the repair was completed in the single visit. The technician was very concerned with safety - he stressed that the accumulated lint was a fire hazard. He cleaned all the lint in addition to replacing the bearings and belt. He provided written suggestions on the invoice for how to avoid the lint build-up. The cost of the repair, considering the parts and labor, was what I expected. For the service performed, I felt the cost was reasonable and I felt I got good value.

Im rating this company 5 stars because I also run an appliance repair company and I have a customer looking for service in his area. In reading his reviews I cant help but laugh at a one star review because this company doesnt service an LG oven? Would you give a restaurant one star if it didnt serve steak? It is this companies fault that they choose not to work on a certain brand? (LG being one of the worst brands out there.) or a one star because this company charged him to diagnose a problem? That is how this industry works. You pay a fee for diagnosis!! If you already know the issue fix it yourself. But you are not qualified or capable. The public can leave ridiculous reviews on google and as a business owner there is nothing you can do. It is a flawed system. Heres 5 stars just for having to deal with the public every day!

We have had very good experience with this company. We had trouble with our refrigerator they came out to fix it and the normal procedure didnt work. The problem was due to a design flaw.They took the time to research an unorthodox approach to fix the problem. We have had them fix our dyer also and would recommend them highly.

NEVER call this guy, he took $$$ just to tell me what was wrong with the appliance.. Which I already knew and quoted me $$$$ to fix it...I was able to fix it with help of a friend for $35. I wish I knew this before, could have saved some money to tell me what I already knew...

Very convenient online appointment setup. Followup call gave me a window for appointment. Service technician kept in touch and was very thorough-advising me of cost of part to fix dishwasher, V.S. replacement. Would certainly use them again!
