Went in to buy a water filter for my Bosch refrigerator. I had purchased one there before. The salesman who "helped" me was belligerent, insisted I never bought this filter there before and although they carry Bosch appliances, he refused to try to locate the proper filter. I left with no filter, and a sense that he just didnt care. I would not be confident buying an appliance there, given the horrible customer service I received.
