Was supposed to come for first appointment on Nov22..called saying they were 10 minutes away and NEVER showed up. I called and complained, they asked if the repairman left a note (nope not here or my neighbors house!) The next day I rescheduled for someone to come and they came and looked at the code on dishwasher and said I needed a part ordered (on Nov 23) and it would take 3 days. Now the repairman is here (Dec 5) ... he pulled up to my house, never called to say he was on his way, I opened the door and he let himself in while talking on the phone and he moved my dog gate and walked right through my house without introduction! Rude and not safe given that I was home with my toddler!!!

I was referred to G&R by Viking Professional. I took an afternoon out of the office to be home for the window frame provided for the service call on my Viking dishwasher, 1p-5p. At 4:23 pm I called G&R as no one had arrived. I was told the driver was running behind, was stuck in traffic, but would arrive between 5 and 6 pm. At 6:20 pm I called G&R to request an arrival update only to get a machine stating the office closed at 5 pm. It is now 7 pm and I have a no call/no show. Extremely poor customer service.

My KitchenAid range was not working (even after I had purchased the correct part through Sears parts direct). Although I tried "programming it" myself (unsuccessfully) I booked an appt through Kitchenaid and was referred to G & R appliance got an appt 2 days later, the technician MATT called 10 minutes ahead to inform me of his arrival (on time) and within the scheduled appt time frame (8-12). He was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again (but hopefully wont need to) ;) .

Three weeks I had to do all the follow up leg work. Lowes even called and said please call the customer. So, a call from Lowes and myself with NO CALL BACK. When calling again (I am the customer and should not have to hound a company) the receptionist said they do not have the "man power" to call customers when parts come in. Seriously? Customers chasing down the company is unacceptable.Guess I will have to wait to see if they actually come to my place next week,

We purchased several appliances from Lowes. When you call for service this is the company they send out. I am now on my fourth week without a fridge. G&R Appliance has been here three times and it is STILL not fixed. The repairman assured me after installing parts that the frozen water line will defrost itself. I did research online and this is NOT the case. I am calling Lowes in the morning and lodging a formal complaint.If possible avoid this repair company.

G&R serviced our refrigerator which was under warranty from LG through Lowes. Our experience was positive and easy from beginning to end. We got an appointment the same week, received an email confirmation, and a call from the technician prior to arrival. Our issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you G&R.

Do not call this company to fix your appliances. Yes, they do have a few good reviews but probably because they were easy fixes. The charged me over $300 to fix my refrigerator and after 2 visits it still does not work and now they refuse to answer the phone or call back. Do not take a chance on these guys.

Arranged for Franks Appliance out of Milford , Massachusetts to repair. Franks took unit apart found leak in hose. Had hose on truck. Fixed first try by Franks.

After 2 visits (half days off work) and 6 weeks later my dishwasher still isnt fixed! They ordered the wrong part (which was backordered) and were unapologetic about it These guys are the worst, non-responsive, and incompetent business Ive ever had to deal with.

I had Matt come out today to repair my Samsung dishwasher. It took two weeks for the parts to come in through Samsung unfortunately . Glad it is done. Matt was pleasant and knowledgeable.
