I called on September 20th and Brian picked up the phone; I politely and nicely asked him if I could rent again from this location and he blatantly goes ‘no’ so RUDELY with no explanation whatsoever and hangs up on me. I had a small hiccup a year ago and I spoke with Jason who said I could rent again if I had paid for a box spring they left behind. It’s whatever, I’ll just rent from Aaron’s. This place sucks anyways.
