I am so impressed with Automatic Appliance, I want the world to know how good they are! I needed a new washer and dryer and had read Consumer Reports but was very confused by what I read. So I stopped by Automatic Appliance. I appreciate small family run businesses. I had been to Sears already and worked with a very nice sales person but came away more confused than ever. Joanne, the owner, spent quite a bit of time with me showing me a variety of models and washer types. She was professional, informative and patient. (And funny!) She had lots of information she could share with me. They only sell models and brands that they recommend and you can see them in the store. That inspired my confidence. We also looked at her IPad for detailed information as we perused different ideas, questions, and concerns. She gave me all of her time and I came away knowing very clearly how to make my decision. I was very pleased that they match prices with their competitors. In fact, I would understand if they didnt do that because they give you so much personal service. But they do! My washer and dryer were delivered by Jim, the owner and his assistant and I couldnt have been more pleased at the attention to detail they gave to the job. They were right on time. They taught us about safety and efficiency at the installation and I was grateful for that. They improved the position of the dryer vent from what it had been and explained why. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of Automatic Appliance’s customer service. And I did not have to sacrifice pricing to get that. Why wouldn’t everyone go there?

I purchased three Weber Grills in May from Automatic Appliance and discussed my need for new appliances with owner Jim Green. He delivered and installed the grills on time and I was very pleased. I have since renovated my entire home and spent lots of time looking at appliances while the work was in progress. I shopped every big box store and many local dealers. I am so happy I decided on Automatic Appliances. Jim Green and his staff could not have been more informative, more helpful, or more patient with all my questions. I considered every brand and model and bought what Jim originally suggested two months prior The communication, the delivery and the follow up could not have been more timely or more professional. I bought Kitchen Aid and the pricing was very aggressive; the value and service I received was fantastic. I recommend Automatic Appliance for the best value around Ed G Framingham

Customer service is a priority with this family-run, local business! A great buying experience. I recently purchased all new kitchen appliances. Jim, one of the owners, spent a lot of time making sure I understood the difference between appliances. I never felt rushed but he was also sensitive to my time schedule. He even had an employee call hours before delivery when he found out that the fridge was on back order to try to save me from cleaning out my fridge. All of his employees, including office staff and installers are equally devoted to making customers happy. He and his employees also did not smell of smoke and were very respectful of my home during the installation. Recommend this company highly!!

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Automatic Appliance, and am so glad I did. After looking around at the big box stores and other local appliance dealers, I ended up where my family has purchased and serviced appliances for as long as I can remember (my mom bought all her appliances here when I was growing up). Their knowledge and service are exemplary, and they offer the best prices around passing on any savings they can to their customers. In the end, the washer and dryer I purchased cost me $500 less at Automatic Appliance than it would have at their competitors. Next time in need, save yourself some time and visit Automatic Appliance.

Fantastic repairs on all home appliances. I have used them for our repairs for 20 years. I am responsible for the physical plant of a K-12 school in Framingham. We have 16 buildings. We use them exclusively for all the repairs of our washers, dryers, and stoves. Their core of repair folks have been there for years and know appliances inside and out (no pun intended). Their pricing is reasonable and they stand behind their repairs. Sorry to hear the other reviewer had a bad experience. My years of experience has shown us otherwise.

Stay away from these "professionals". I invited them to diagnose and repair my dishwasher and after initial visit ($84) they spend 3 days to offer me a quote to do a repair for $400, because they did not want to select which part out of 2 is broken and wanted to replace both. I searched the Internet, found a simple test how to tell which one is broken, bought the replacement for $92, installed it in 10 minutes and everything works
