bought total of 4 commerical speed queens (total of almost 6k spend), the first 2 was great no issue, the recent 2 speed speedqueen, right of the bat, washer leaking water, coinshoot doesnt work not easy for set up, dryer has a relay problem, it start doing drying on it own randomly..scary... call dracut appliance, nothing they can do for the brand new 3k i just spend that have issues already beside if it completely not working and they cant fix, so ok i understand that part, so we schdule a tech to come out. they send out a tech, tech came out help set the coin shoot (came out twice), never bother checking out the washer, check it out order the parts for dryer, never call or let us know the relay part arrive, call back to check if the part arrive made another appointment. This is within 3 weeks period. tech came out put in the relay on, open a washer real quick found one screw lose, put it back..never bother check the rest, then left. a couple of days later...someone use the washer.. and was notify it was leaking water again, so we call.. tech came out.. fix a bunch of more scews and tighten thing up and told us he will order a new plastic rotor or watever that call circle shape top of the washer bin, we wait two weeks than call, the guy pick up the phone said tech never place any parts on order maybe u listen to him wrong, no parts were order, i said ok, will call back if i have problem. my point is that im spending 3k and in total of 6k for the pass 3 years at this place, i just want the tech to do a complete job so i dont have to call them to come out multiple times when the could of do it the first time, i do apprcaited that they sent out a tech to fix it for free, but dam i dont have all the time to keep schduling tech to come over on a brand new machine (2 speed queen) that suppose to work flowlessly with it high quality. the next 2 speedqueen i will get for my next property will depend on how you perform ur service, otherwise u will lose business from me forever

Purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washer from Dracut Appliance and it lasted 18 months before it died. When we called Dracut Appliance said, in a polite way, tough luck shouldve purchased the extended warranty because that machine has lots of problems. Natural questiion is why did your salesman recommend. Moral of the story is that I shouldve done the research myself and you cannot rely on instore sales advice.

Best prices, sales staff who actually demonstrate all aspects of the appliance and delivery and setup with no problems. This was our latest purchase experience with Dracut Appliance Center. Gene showed us the options available with washers and answered questions with practical knowledge. We always go to Dracut Appliance as our first choice. Forget the big box stores!

Just bought a new washer from Dracut Appliance and every time we have got refrigerator, dryer etc... we have been treated very very well! The delivery people are great! I have done some business other places in the past and never again. GO TO DRACUT APPLIANCE!
