My wife and I got our first vacuum from Acton Vacuum over 10 years ago and it is still working like it is brand new. We chose the Miele upright and it works on both carpet, tile and hardwood floors. We first lived in a house with most carpet floors then moved to a new house with carpet and tile so i purchased a new MIELE canister really is wonderful. I would highly recommend buying your vacuum from Acton Vacuum over a warehouse type store because they are a locally owned business and service is the most important element of having a vacuum , they helped me many times .they been here in Acton for over 27 years and they give outstanding customer service! They also do repairs on your old vacuums as well. Acton vacuum is a 5 star company!

They have a good stock but the employee/owner I saw was rude. I walked in hoping to get a demo of a product before I bought it, potentially online, and he refused to demo the product in fear I would buy it elsewhere. Id expect that as an authorized dealer of Miele products theyd be more happy to demo a product regardless of whether I purchase it or not. Not great salesmen. He also became very short with me, not caring to answer any of my questions.

After spending $200-300 every 3 or 4 years I decided to make an investment in a quality vacuum. I found Acton Vacuum to be an excellent source of information and service. I live in the area and was so happy to find such a wonderful store near me. I continue to bring my Miele vacuum in for service and I have been happy every time.
