In 2012 I bought a Sears Craftsman lawn tractor. It was advertised, labeled and sold to me as a 21 horse power tractor. A couple of weeks ago I found out that it was actually a 19 horse power tractor. Upon further investigation I found out that Sears had settled a class action suit in 2010 of defrauding their customers for this very practice of mislabeling smaller horse power engines with higher horse power labels. I contacted Sears about this and requested they replace the 19 Hp tractor or the engine for a 21 Hp unit after all it was what I paid for. After numerous emails back and fourth their final response was "Your warranty is out of date and your return right has a expired, so there is nothing we can do for you." I emailed them once more explaining that they had defrauded me and they should make it right. Sears stop responding to me afterwards. So this is what Sears has become, this is how they treat a customer of over forty years. I have no recourse but to stop shopping at Sears and share my experience with others. Sears is on its way out and with customer service like this it will come sooner rather than later and everyone who still shops at Sears should think twice about spending their hard earn money on a company who has shown they could care less about what customers they still have left. Buyer beware.

Purchased a top line grill. Used the grill approx. 10-12 times. Sometimes grill would not start(no gas). Sometimes grill would start, run for a while and shut down. This was repeated a number of times. Called Sears service for repair($180.00). Repairman got the grill started. I though it was fixed but the same problem continued. I called the Warwick store manager. She really did not show much concern for my problem. She said it was a service problem and not her problem. So much for Sears customer relations or concern. If you are looking for a new grill I suggest you purchase another brand.

I ordered a dish washer maytag black in color,we waited 2 weeks for delivery.. this got left on our front stair not even broyght into my house,received in white, was told black is not available and was given upgrade kitchen aid black , we accepted. We waited more weeks for delicwry.... After a month of giving it a chance it just isnt washing a thing, the product flat out stinks. This is all around not a good experience. The store is good with helping hand but all of the other workers are not so good.

I PURCHASED A NEW CRAFTSMAN LAWNMOWER LESS THEN A YEAR AGO HAVING ISSUES WITH IT AND I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR SERVICE CENTER TO BE REPAIRED .RECEIVED IT BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM NOW IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM SEARS,CRAFTSMAN .I DIDNT KNOW I NEEDED TO HAVE A SPARE LAWNMOWER TO USE WHEN MY NEW LAWNMOWER STOP WORKING BECAUSE OF A MANUFACTURER DEFECT AND SITS AT THE REPAIR CENTER FOR ALMOST A MONTH DURING THE SUMMER THANKS SEARS AND CRAFTSMAN FOR GIVING THE CUSTOMER A GREAT EXPERIENCE .

Best salesperson and manager Ive had in years. They just barely made it so I will come back, since the delivery group they used got the delivery wrong three days in a row. This cost time off work and a problem due to not having what I bought in time for an event.

Excellent knowledgeable customer service. The salespeople in general know the product and give good explanations about the way the products work. I recently purchased mattresses and Bruce worked with us to decide what was best. Sears is the best.

Everything was on sale 40% off. The only thing is that whatever you buy tomorrow and after can not be returned. So just be careful that whatever you buy fits. Everyone that works there was were very helpful
