When we were ready for delivery, we just called the owner personally, and he came by the house very quickly to deliver and install our second refrigerator. He was very pleasant and punctual. The sales process was low key, and we dealt directly with some one who had real experience with helping us get the unit we needed. I would go with this locally owned, family business over a national chain any time! Cant recommend them highly enough.

I called this week to see if Joel the owner could beat a Costco price on a whirlpool washer and dryer. Not only did he do this, he personally installed and delivered the units. What a pleasure it is to deal with someone who knows the product and is so reliable. The next appliance I purchase will be from him. From a consumers view this is a great business model. If I have a problem, I know he will take care of it.

My only experience with this company was very dissappointing. In May 2015 they "ordered" two parts for me from the manufacturer of my electric stove/oven. I have called on numerous occassions to follow up on my order and receive the same answer, "the parts are not in yet." As of this writing, July 10, 2015, I have never heard from Atomic about my parts order nor have I received them.

Always great service - Joel always gives great product info and very fair pricing. Items are delivered when scheduled. I have bought all my appliances here for years - highly recommend! Same or better pricing than big box stores, overall experience and service on a completely different level. Great to be able to support and recommend a local business!
