DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT GO HERE. This was by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. Bought a washer and dryer from there. The dryer was perfect, however the washer was not at all. After setting up the washer, the soap dispenser was leaking because there was a plastic piece missing. Called them for the repair under the 90 day warranty they gave me. It took me 3 days to actually get ahold of someone. Once I finally did, they came and said there was a problem with my shocks for the drum. There wasnt any noises or anything, just a simple leak. They replaced the soap dispenser and then went ahead and changed the shocks. Replaced 3 out of 4 and didnt put the 4th one back saying that the model doesnt need 4. They left and the washer was 100 times worst then when I got it. Loud knocking and banging sounds. It took me almost 3 weeks playing phone tag and sending emails to the owner until I got a repair man back out. Finally he replaced the 4th shock and everything seemed fine. After about a week, I noticed the drum of the washer wasnt spinning correctly so I took my clothes out to find the rubber gasket was completely torn off the drum. Called and tried to get it fixed even though I knew my warrant was up; no answers for about a week again. Finally spoke with someone who told me they could not find anything on my sale or anything on my previous repairs and said they could not come out to fix something they didnt sell. Lets just say they got an ear full. Comes to find out my washer is completely trash. Had a legit repairman come out to tell me the barrings, gasket, and the drum are junk and that it would cost a minumum of $400 to replace it correctly. Thats more than what I paid for the thing! Now I have to go out and buy another damn washer not even having this set for 3 months. Complete waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE. COMPLETE RIP OFF. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

The worst experience I have ever had with any local shop. On a budget, after the closing of my new house, i decided to give this local shop a try. What a mistake... I purchased a Refrigerator, a Stove, A set of Washer & Drier, the drier fried the board the second i turned it on followed by the Stove with a similar problem that doesnt allow the oven to work. Later came the refrigerator with a condensation problem that was later determined to be the compressor and board. This shop didnt support its warranty and now 8 months after purchasing all this appliances all are broken. Please save your money and go to a reputable place, this people are thieves!!!

My washer broke down, leaving me with no other choice but to purchase another one. So, I surfed the web to find something quick and affordable. I came across Appliance Expert decided to pay them a visit after I saw the great prices and warranty. I made my way there and was pleasantly surprised to find the staff was so friendly and helpful, they gave me a great deal on a washer and dryer set and offered a discount. My experience with them was so great that I plan on doing more business with them on all my rentals. I gladly recommend them because they made my experience friendly, quick and cost efficient. Providence My renter called to state that the stove was not working at all. None of my contacts had a fix guy on mind so I checked out Google and thats how I found Appliance Expert and used them for the first time. I called and the next day he came on time and started working on the stove, He also seemed pretty trustworthy and knows his stuff. Although I thought his fees might be a bit steep, overall I was pleased with his service. He is very professional, quick, friendly, and honest. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

***BUYER BEWARE*** I bought a washer dryer from them in mid May. In early September, while not in use, the washer filled with water and caused flooding all over my condo. I called and asked if they could send someone to come and fix the machine that caused all this damage. They said I was 10 days past my warranty and its not their problem. They also said they wouldnt send someone to repair the unit and suggested I "call someone else." I suggest you do yourself a favor and do the exactly that, "CALL SOMEONE ELSE."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. This is the worst deal that i have ever done. They give you a 3 month warranty but it is totally useless. I bought 5 appliances (2 of them broke just a few weeks after the sale) and it has been frustrating to deal with the owner of this business to get them replaced. I am still waiting for the owner of this business to respond for his commitments. He doesnt even bother to answer the phone. I dont even know how they operate as a licensed business.

Stay Away!!! Owner is a rip off! Damaged fridge I bought bringing it from Shop to my property. Charged me for delivery, but his delivery men couldt get fridge up the stairs, so I had to pay someone else to do it. Owner has been promising me for 3 months he was going to reimburse me for my cost and damages, but never follows thru. Never Again with this outfit!!!

I have a new Frigidaire Refrigerator side by side leaking from the bottom. The girl in the office scheduled me the same day I called. The technician was very kind and went straight to the problem. The water valve had a cracked causing my leak. He had the part with him. I will continue to use this company.
