After moving to a new house in the heat of the summer we were in desperate need of a refrigerator. Having driven by this shop many times over the years we decided to support a local small business. The manager/owner was discorteous and ignored us almost the whole time. We ended up getting an expensive refrigerator because it was the only one available for immediate delivery and had to wait two whole month (!) to have the icemaker installed, at an additional cost and after repeated phone calls. I had hoped the company would redeem itself by expediting the process or extending some courtesy, but it has been uphill all the way. We have been purchasing appliances from Sears for 35 years and never had a glitch--we deeply regret this purchase.

I bought a matching LG washer dryer at a large box store. I was promised delivery and each day when they were scheduled to arrive I would get a phone call it had been delayed. After nearly 4 weeks of empty promises and no washer/dryer I called Warendale Appliance. They not only had the exact pair in stock, promised delivery that Wednesday but they arrived exactly when they said, it was less expensive (so much for the so called huge sale at Sears) and their warranty is for an extra year!!! I couldnt be happier with their service and my washer/dryer is magnificent. I will never shop appliances at big box stores again! I highly recommend Warrendale!

Spectacularly poor service. Dryer purchased 2 months ago was assessed by 2 different techs to determine finally, that the machine is inoperable; likely damaged in transit (last tech assessment was a week ago 10.21). Warrendale has contacted us exactly ZERO times to remedy issue (dryer still under warranty), though we have tried calling, emailing, and in-person visits. Despite our attempt to support local business, well be purchasing appliances from credible big box stores in the future.

Ive bought several appliances from Warrendale, most recently a dishwasher in December. I bought it on a Sunday, and it was installed and working within 24 hours. What I like about this store is that the staff person who helped me was very knowledgeable about models and features, the store had a lot of models on display, and best of all, there were no high-pressure tactics involved. I definitely will shop here again.

I paid $140 for service to fix my oven. After 2 months, not only is it not fixed, but the "repairman" broke a knob off. I went to their store today and was told the $ they charged me is nonrefundable, I think they just sub out the work and I wouldnt have them repair anything!! Ill be contacting the Attorney general....NO STARS

Great store, local support when I needed warranty repair. Actually they have a better price than the big box stores. Follow up on rebates for me. When I asked for fast delivery, it was done within two days and just before the snow storm. Cant think of a better endorsement then use them over big box stores.

Customer Service is above par at this appliance store. I had a problem with my new GE range and one call to Warrendale and they worked with me to get the problem resolved. I would highly recommend them over the bigger appliance stores. They get to know their customers and help them any way they can.

I was impressed that they called me after delivery to solicit questions and see if everything had gone well. They also were responsive to my calls about how to get the best service from my washer. 4 out of 5 because it was a little longer than expected before the washer could be delivered.

Warrendale made buying and installing a microwave over my stove very simple. The installer was efficient, called and came when he promised. I definitely would recommend Warrendale and use them again.
