We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Bellingham Electric in May 2016--sadly, it turned out to be a lemon. Though B.E. was not responsible for the defective product, the service department made numerous attempts to remedy the situation with many house visits, and always with courteous, professional, and responsive support. When it came time to throw in the towel and try a new model (with which we are thrilled), the team advocated for us to get out of our arrangement with Whirlpool, and was gracious, supportive, efficient, and simply wonderful to work with. We also purchased our microwave and range from them, and when our dishwasher kicks the bucket, you know where well be headed. B.E. has earned our complete loyalty, and I recommend their shop without reservation. Thanks so much for all youve done to take care of us--we are grateful!

This company takes the cake for top notch sophisticated customer service. I was shopping around for a new dishwasher and tried the big box stores and the delivery was like 2 weeks out. I tried a few smaller places and then came across this place. Not only did they do research to track down the correct dishwasher, they ordered it for a day later and had it installed same day. The customer service was excellent not only from Todd the manager but every person I spoke to and the installer Jordan was exceptional. It was a smooth transaction and they even lowered the price to compete with the big box store. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their next large appliance!

Bellingham Electric is terrific, I could not recommend them more highly. We bought over Thanksgiving day weekend even though we were not doing our kitchen renovation for a couple months. They held the appliances until we were ready, delivered them a few days after I called and set them up perfectly, when we found that the refrigeration came slightly damage, they simple requested a picture with serial number and told me they wold order replacement doors ASAP but to go ahead and use the fridge right way. I cannot recommend them highly enough and being in a service industry, I have a high threshold for these types of things.

I wish I could submit a review as bright and cheery as the others that preceeded it. Unfortunately, my experience with giving local business a chance had a negative outcome...just as car dealerships would, the folks here will mention "dealer cost" and other mumbo-jumbo to shroud the markup pricing going on. Beyond that, we were bated and switched with a $95 difference in price over the phone on a damaged floor model...better off going with the large companies for large purchases like this...at least they will give you a deal if there is an inconvenience involved.

They were great. Went shopping for three new appliances because it was tax free weekend in MA. Since they were being delivered to my house in RI, they could not give me the free sales tax. However, they just calculated the amount it would have been and took it off my order. They also gave me free delivery and instillation. They were very friendly and they are delivering my appliances same day. Def shop local and avoid the big box stores.

Great store experience, Terry did an excellent job explaining the products and helped me to pick out my new washer and the price was great. The delivery service was prompt and professional and they were very careful not to damage my floors. I will be back to see Terry for all of my future appliance purchases and I will recommend Bellingham Electric to all of my friends and family.

All my appliances have been from Bellingham Electric and they have been a great team. Issues resolved or they know where to go. Split air system was a great idea, no longer have to tote an A/C unit from basement upstairs. They are the best!
