If youre looking for an easy sales experience this is not the place. It took numerous calls to have them file for my discounts causing me to wait for my money. Another series of calls to get my extended warranty paperwork. Yet another series of calls to have my appliance serviced. They asked me to change my delivery date so the repair would be covered under mfg warranty when I paid them for the extended warranty. Dont understand that one. Most times they wont answer or wont call you back. There are plenty of appliance stores, check them out before you sign onto a stress filled experience.

This place is great! Went there for the first time last week to get a new gas range after being woefully disappointed with what the box stores were offering. Didnt want to make such a large purchase without having seen the product. They were helpful, didnt steer me to the higher priced stuff, and even welcomed it when I wanted to go online to check the reviews on a model I hadnt researched. So happy with everything at JA. Free delivery AND installation this month, plus they helped me with all of the available rebates; I walked out a very happy customer!

Bought an Electrolux duo from them. The owner took very good care of us. Definitely would go there again when i need appliances. And as another reviewer points out, they dont push you toward the expensive stuff and they help you with any and all available rebate offers.

Would not use them!!!! They have wasted weeks of my time and came to my house to measure then couldnt get a call back from joe jr. Had to call and speak with joe Sr who finally called me back and are too busy to provide me with a kitchen.
