I am copying over my review on yelp here ====================================================================== If you are here reading the review about this business, please spend more on those 1-star reviews. I have failed to do so and it has cost me and my wife 4 hours of driving between Milpitas and concord, for nothing. We could spend those quality time together for something much better What happened to Sean B. and Ryan F., it happened to us in a very similar way. My lesson here is one should never come to this place before you have all terms nailed down, period. Here is my story: I spot a "nice" deal for a 2011 RDX ($20,999 listed) from Acura official website so I shot them an email asking for more information. Before I drove to their dealership, everything was fine and the sales person act and response very professionally (this is why my rating has one star). However, during the whole conversation, they kept pushing you to see the car in person TODAY. Form morning to noon, we reached to a number ($20,300) after a few iterations of negation. But this is not the ideal number I want, so I hesitated to commit a 4-hour round trip. I told the guy that I am not gonna come unless I got some kinda commitment from them on the price. This is what exactly they said and I quote: "Dont worry, the price is the easiest part. I should be able to work out a nice deal for you if you come in person." I also mentioned about paying in cash and of course they promised some discount if no finance is required. Everything is nice and warm before my wife started the car engine. They try every single thing to make you believe that you will get a better deal. For my case, I naively believed that I am gonna get a better deal if we show sincerity by coming to the dealership. No.... Once we arrived, we did a test drive and my wife immediately identified a fist-sized dent on the right side of the care. Well, this is a Acura certificated car and they claimed that a rigorous test has been done onto it. I really cannot believe the professional would let this defect go (BTW, my wife knows nothing about car). The sales person immediately said that they will add some discount to the situation. OK, now back to the money business. Given all the conversations, promises, car condition and payment method, I asked them to stick to my original proposal ($20K) and I told them way ahead that I am not gonna come if there is no possibility of reaching this price. "No, not gonna happen". They answered. all their nice words and promises are blowed into air. Now I get it. Before you come to their place, you have nothing to lose if you walk away. Once you spent half tank of your gas and half of your day, you are not in the equal position as they do any more. If you dont take the deal, you lose already. Especially for a couple of hundreds, they bet you will fold in. Unfortunately, we walked away from this as soon as we realized the trick. Due to everything we experienced with them, no confidence left at all. It looks like we were talking to two different persons before and after. Last word, dont come to the place before putting down everything in writing if you decide to do business with them.

On Aug 17 2015, I had a 830 srvs appt for my Volkswagen Touareg (oil change)...was told it would be a 3 hr wait & parts needed to be ordered..at 1115 car was ready..the air conditioning was on full blast blowing hot air, clue #1, drove to Concord Mall total of 3-4 blocks away...15 mins later (quick stop) as I drove out of the parking lot my cooling system light came on..I called back to Acura stating that I had just left & was returning back because my car was running hot...arriving Keith srvs consultant began with this song & dance about how this happens to German cars all the time & its not in any results of the oil change...here I am, 3 hrs later, oil change, cooling system light on with my Volkswagen Touareg on a tow truck, 10 miles away at Dirito Brothers in WLC having a diagnostic test to see why the check light for cooling system was on after a oil change & driving just 3-4 blocks down the street..I believe technician #866 didnt know what he was doing, neither did Acura of Concord with selling me a srvs contract for a Volkswagen Touareg that they couldnt srvs in the 1st place (just oil change only!!!), how hard could that be right? Well, now we see :(...so customer beware if you purchase a contract make sure the work can be done, I have 5 more oil srvs with them and I dont want them to LOOK at my car let alone srvs it...will continue to review on the out come of this matter...

I purchased a new advance Pkg. MDX in Phoenix area earlier this year. 95% of driving has been during daytime hours. On 28 Dec 16 we started long road trip to Canada and noticed after we left at 0400 that none of the interior lights worked with the exception of Nav system and dashboard. I guess I never noticed they didnt work and for how long since I only drove during the day. However, since we would be doing a lot of night driving these lights were critical to us. I called Acura of Concord during the trip informing them of problem and I would stay the night near Concord and they made an appointment for me the next morning. We were met by Service Rep. Eric who agreed it was probably a fuse and rather than me waiting to check in and wait until the could get into service area he said he would try and change it himself in drop off area. Acura engineers didnt do lot of people any favors as to how the fuses are accessed and it took Eric a good 15 min to get out and change the bad fuse. WE were back on the road in 15 min and that was wonderful and I totally appreciate the courtesy, concern and professionalism of Eric and dealership for the consideration. Great PR for Acura and the dealer! BTW, great Starbucks coffee machine in waiting area! Thanks again Eric!

I found an Acura TL online, and I quickly called this dealership and made an offer on the car. My offer was accepted, and I tried to pay for the car over the phone with a wire transfer. Unfortunately I was unable to make the transfer due to the fact that is was a Friday, and the money wouldnt go through until Monday. I decided to make the trip up Saturday evening after work. I had talked to my salesman Juan (and Chuck) to ensure my car was still available. I purchased a train ticket for Saturday, and had my weekend planned around driving the car home. I even confirmed with the salesman that the car was available before I boarded my train. He said "The car is safe, dont worry about it - youll have your car at 10 AM tomorrow!" I boarded my train, and after 4 hours on the train, I received a text message from my salesman stating the car was sold. Not a phone call, a text message. I tried calling him back, but he would only text me. Here I am Sunday morning, 5 hours away from home... without a car. Thank you Concord Acura for screwing me over.
