WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! WARNING!!!!! Took my 5 series in because it was overheating scheduled a drop off and to have a loaner car setup but upon my arrival I was told they didnt have any loaners and would have to go to hertz rental car in which they only had 2 cars available a Hyundai and a Ford that smelled liked smoke and the A/C did not work. Called back to BMW and complained and now all of a sudden they have vehicle available. My car was dropped off on Thursday got a call from the Service advisor Vernon the day after to inform me that it was the water pump so I told him to proceed with starting the job and his response was he wanted to wait to get confirmation from the warranty company to see if they would cover it even after I told him that regardless of if the warranty covers it or not the work will be paid for so please start. That did not happen in fact the work was not started until the following Tuesday when Vernon called me to tell me they can take care of it since the warranty will cover it..... now trying to speak to a manager has also been a nightmare because every time you call they transfer you and you get the damn voicemail and no call back. Finally after days of complaining I get a call back from the Manager Scott who seems like a nice guy and wants to help and he gets the car back in the shop and looked at and after a few more days he lets us know that his master tech says 250degrees is normal operating oil temps for the 5series mind you the car has never had 250degree oil temps since owning this car. So we go to pick the car up and what do we find but an infestation of Ants on the inside of the car on the dashboard on the back seats com I g out of damn near every place theres an opening. Smfh... we return the car and express our frustration and they explain that they dont know how Ants got in the car and that they cant control nature but they will take it to their detailing shop and take care of it.... now anyone knows that when you have any type of pest you dont just vacuum and air blow away the problem in which that was stated to me of how they would handle it. If i dont give you my property with Ants in it I dont expect to have it returned to me with anything that wasnt in there when I gave it to you. Currently waiting for the car to be returned in hopes that there will be nothing else we find. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had at any BMW dealer let alone any auto experience to date. We will contact corporate about this experience and do what is necessary from there. If i could rate this place a 0 or negative I most definitely would.

So far not a very good experience. I came in yesterday at around 1 PM and talked to someone about trading in a vehicle and purchasing a used BMW. He told me the appraisal person was unavailable and would call me later in the day. I was never called back. I called this morning at 11. Was asked to come in so I can get the vehicle appraised . I came in and met with Michael, who acknowledged my presence with a nod and proceeded to having a ten minute phone conversation. I waited patiently. When he finally finished he took a look at my car and said someone had already appraised it yesterday? He also told me that Id have to have my husband sign off on the title, I told him I am divorced but he continued to refer to my ex as my husband. I corrected him multiple times. He then said, "Were not going to take your title to a back room and have you sign off and say your husband signed it. This is a very conservative dealership." I felt so appalled and offended. I responded by telling him, "absolutely not, sir, that would be fraud and why would you say that to me?" Was that a hint of what he wanted to do? He walked away from me. When he came back he said he would have no problem selling me a car. Of course not, I have excellent credit and income, anyone would have no problem with selling me a car. Michael then asked if I could switch tables, I did thinking he was going to continue helping me. He left me alone at the table and sat and older white male at his desk, and started making a sale to the guy. I got up to leave, Michael approached me again and I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager everything that happened, and left the dealership in tears. The manager was very apologetic, but I cant shake the feeling. I dont understand how this type of behavior can be tolerated. Never in a thousand years would I have guessed that I would be treated so poorly. I guess a latino woman is not as important as a middle-aged white male, and I guess its ok for Michael to assume that I would be willing to commit fraud. I am disgusted.

BMW Concord really surprise me how these thugs are not been raid by FBI or state. I bring my car 2011 bmw 528i with only 27000 miles on it for driver side window issue and here is what my service advisor Jeff told me. Your wire harness need to be replace because it has tape on it which could cause the which will cost $865 + 320 labor so i asked him will this fix the issue he said no but once we change it we will go to next step to see why the harness doesnt have power. Then he said we will look at the next issue SRM or switch. Next he told me Mr Khan your car radiator is leaking and your Belt tenisoner also needs to be replaced. i asked him how much it will cost to replace radiator and tenisoner $1240.28 and tensioner $652.61 plus the labour. I asked Jeff how is that possible that car only have 27k miles and radiator and belt tensioner is also bad and you guys have no idea that why is the real issue with window. You want me to spend $1200 to change the harness what if thats not the real issue may be it just $1 fuse is out. Jeff " Well we have to check step by step whole system in order to see why window is not working." Then i told him that there is no coolant leaks did you guy hit the car while it on dealership. Jeff was like let me get more details from mechanic and i will call you back. Im not Trump or Bill Gates who has thousands of dollars to waste on cars. The thing which surprise me the most that he come up with all these repairs and a lot of customers who doesnt have any idea what is happening end up paying alot of money even though they dont need the repair but thugs like concord BMW know the art how to scare people. This is my first and last BMW never buying it again - Filing complain to CA Consumer affairs and California Attorney General today with all the invoices and diagnosis.

The BMW Concord Collision Center is WONDERFUL! The regular maintenance dept is POOR TO FAIR. Keep reading to get the details. If I could rate the collision center independently- I would give it EXCELLENT across the board. They did a fast, immacculate job on my recently rear ended 2011 535i. Clay, the service manager, handled everything from the rental car to dealing with my insurance company so I didnt have to take off work during the week. I paid my deductible at the center, left my rental and drove off in my perfectly restored car that was detailed ta-boot! As for the regular maintenance center- its ok but have had poor service a few times. For the record, the service managers are nice and helpful. If something is wrong they do everything they can to fix it. The problem is with their mechanics. They honestly have NO attention to detail and are rather shotty at doing it right the 1st time. What makes this worse, is when BMW sends you those email surveys, and you give a bad review- they take it out of the earnings of the service managers!! Can you believe it?!? When I heard this, I was appalled. I didnt want my service manager to take the blame for the greasy mechanic who sat on my ivory Napa leather seats and messed them up to high heavens. Finally, to the BMW Concord people who read these, its not a great idea to only reply to people who write positive reviews. It seems to be consistent with the surveys you conduct- you only want the roses but not the thorns that come along with it.
