After spending days dealing with many salesmans at big dealerships, I stumbled across a beautiful car online. After a few phone calls back and forth with Jose, I was on my way to see the car. I met with Lali who was extremely nice and handed me the keys to test drive. Well, fell in love and pulled the trigger on the purchase. This is a business with no gimmicks and its been such a pleasure dealing with Lali and Jose. I highly recommend Quality Auto Dealer. Lali was not pushy when it came to making my decision which made it much more of a relaxing experience. I am also a first time car buyer and I wish big dealerships would learn something from these guys.

Refused to take legal tender. Tried covering up problems of the car we were trying to buy. The car had seat covers, missing components, and dirty oil (I mean really? If your gonna sell a car at LEAST be up to date with oil changes). After settling reasonable price for the car the dealer OWNER refused to sell it to us unless we had cash. He told us to "cash our loan at a bank and come back." What part of illegal dont these people understand. Shady place and shady practices.

I was in need of car for family. This dealer had good deal and price for car. They gave us water and other things so I was not bored and my husband while the dealers were making our deal. I have not seen any other dealer welcome us this nice. You should go to this dealer and check the nice cars with good prices. Whenever I had problem with my car they would help fix it and help me. I had this car for 7 years and nothing had gone wrong with the car and is as good as new.

The boss Lali told me he had no paperwork for the transmission he personally replaced in the car I liked and that he was a mechanic. He let me take the car to a repair shop for inspection, but I wisely avoided the shop he told me to go to. Once there we found the transmission leaking and the fluid smelling burnt. When I returned with the car I questioned Lali about it. He again said he was a mechanic then a minute later said he was NOT a mechanic. End of story..

They were really helpful with my first car purchase. They really worked with me and my girlfriend. It took longer than expected and they were very patient. After a long discussion with friends and family over the phone, I have decided to buy myself a 350z . When Ive decided on this, they compromised with me on the payment. Thanks and would do business in the future again if I ever needed another used car.

This place is a joke. As I walked into the office I see the salesman shoveling food into his face and get no greeting. I went there to look at a truck and the salesman wouldnt even let me warm the engine up to temp to see if it overheated. Tells me Im supposed to take his word for it. Their lack of transparency is very suspicious. Id steer clear of this place at all costs.
