Prestige Pre-Owned has the best service I have ever received. I had been having problems with my car and had taken it to 3 different places before I took it here. The other shops would be going around the bush, not telling me exactly what was wrong with my car, and couldnt really explain the problems. They were trying to charge me so much to fix my car as well for something they said they werent even sure would guarantee my car would be fixed and good to drive for a while. One shop wanted to charge me $2500 and the other 2 between $1200-1600. When I took it here chris helped me out with everything and he automatically gave me a rental car to use in the meantime, kept me updated and informed me of the problems my car had thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was so nice and kept me updated throughout the process of them having my car in the shop. They also only charged me under $1000 compared to the overcharge the other places who were just trying to take advantage. Chris and his team were amazing and so helpful!! Definitely recommended them to Everyone and will be a long time customer with them from here on out! Thank you Prestige Pre-Owned!!!

i recently purchased a Toyota SR5 the SUV i have been looking for. Chris and his team are awesome to work with. they helped me out on all levels to get my into this SUV in days and you can tell working with these guys they know their stuff and actually care about making their customers happy and feel great about the purchase. We bought my 2011 Cadillac DTS in November...a birthday present! A week ago I called them and told them that the sun roof was leaking. Chris immediately said that they would take care of it! Two months after I purchased the car. They drove up to Healdsburg with a loaner for me to drive while they sent my car to their auto body shop. In just a few days they called and said they had cleaned the runners that were clogged with debris. Chris and the staff are genuine and truly care for their customers. I have done business with them on a couple occasions and I have always felt comfortable, which seems to never happen with any other dealer. They spent extra time to make sure my used car needs were addressed and I was satisfied with my purchases.
