I bought a car at this dealer, and the sold me this car with a dead key that they just programmed for sale, and after a week i start to have headeches with it. I just went there to solve the problem they sent me to the nissan when i get in there they said the key was messed and i would have to buy a new one. When i called and went there they said they would not pay for it, acting like if they didnt know what was going on. I had a friend who just bought a car here amd in a few weeks he had a wheel bearing and guess what when he went there to get it fixed ? They said they didnt have anything with it. STAY AWAY! Go for a decent and reliable dealer and otherwise this place is gonna give u just headeches THE WORST

Its the nicest dealership Ive met during my one day shop trip for a 07 yukon denali. I was welcomed by a latino lady (Forgot about her name). Whole process was very pleasant. Price is reasonable. Though I eventually didnt buy the car (because it does not have a backup camera and the prev owner smells like a smoker). She even lets me drive car out without her companion and suggested me to drive uphills to feel the power. the 07 Denali is detailed very thoroughly. Doesnt look like a 10 yr old car. Will come again once another good car in inventory!

This explains my experience...literally the worst body work that could have been done, terrible customer service, and an unapologetic service manager (Bob) who sips his coffee blankly. Do yourself a favor, and NEVER EVER go here for service on your vehicle!
