Went in for a test-drive and got the usual used car salesman run-around. Went home and negotiated the price by phone, even though it was an hour drive. When I bought the car, the price WAS NOT what we agreed on, but they charged me to have their mechanic pick me up, so I had to buy it or find someone to drive me an hour home. I bought the car, got three miles down the road, and found that the repairs had not been done either. From there, the slimy salesman Bill Richardson was extremely rude and condescending, and thats on top of telling more and more lies. I tried to talk to Wolf Schirmer, the owner, but he just yelled at me and threatened me with legal action for asking him to make right on the sale. Unprofessional is not a strong enough word to describe these guys, theyre scammers. I took the car to a mechanic and found that half of the emissions control system had been disconneted to make the car seem like it was running well even though it had serious problems. The car isnt street legal, wont pass emissions and Enumclaw Auto wont do anything to fix the problem they created. Theyve offered to let me PAY THEM to fix it, but Ive already given them enough money and seen enough of how they "fix" cars. Avoid this place no matter what you do. The previous 2 reviews that say Enumclaw Auto is good are fake. They were posted within 2 days of each other, and both people reviewed the exact same list of businesses, many of them competitors to Enumclaw Auto giving them 1-star reviews. If you look at the reviews of "Natasha S" and "Nona B", youll see its the same person twice, often giving the same bad review to several businesses. Dont believe them, this is the work of liars.

Went to the bank to get financing, came back in an hour to pick up my car. Went to the QFC there to get fuel and the check engine light can on. Never even got it home. Called the next day. They said, "not my problem" Took it to Northwest Mini and I need a new engine. Then I get a call a few days later and they wanted 103.00 more for the tabs and when I question it, Wolf tells me that he is just the idiot that had to call me. No people skills and not very professional. Worst experience of my life!!! I will be calling the Attorney general and filing a complaint! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!! DONT BUY HERE ALL PRICES ARE 25%-50% OVER KBB AND THEY ALL HAVE DAMAGE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE PERFECT. WE LOOKED AT TWO DIFFERENT CARS THIS WEEK AND THEY SAID THEY WERE I PERFECT CONDITION BEFORE WE SHOWED UP TOO LOOK AT THEM. BUT THEY BOTH HAD BAD OIL LEAKS. ONE WAS ON THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR. SO U WOULD EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I POPPED THE HOOD AND FOUND PEANUT SHELLS ON THE INTAKE AND IF YOU LOOK ON THE SIDES OF THE MOTOR ITS COVERED IN OIL AND SAND. I LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND IT HAD BEEN DRIVEN ON THE BEACH. THERE WAS OVER 2"S OF SAND STUCK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR. AND WE ALL KNOW SALT WATER WILL RUST THE ENTIRE CAR OUT AND THEY SAID IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. BUT THERE PRICE WAS $6000 AND KKB WAS $4200 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! They also said they bought it from the auction so we all know he didnt pay more than $2000 for this car and their jacking it up 300% TOTAL RIP OFF READ MORE REVIEWS FROM OTHER BUYERS

I have never been screwed over by a dealership as bad as Enumclaw Auto Exchange. They told me that they would fix the reason for the check engine light on the car when I bought it. They said that it was on because they put gas in it, I didnt necessarily believe them so I had them write it on the sales agreement. Turns out that the check engine light was on for MANY reasons and it was obvious that they have just erased the codes to make the light shut off so they could sell the vehicle without paying the money to fix it. Well after they put in about 2 weeks of work and said it was fixed and gave it back to me I got stuck on the side of the road because it was running on 2 cylinders. I took it back to the dealership and they said they were done putting money into it. I ended up spending another $3000 to fix the vehicle. This is the last place I would ever purchase a vehicle from.

I went to trade my truck in and the sells man was extremely nice and helpful he gladly took my great truck and put me into another truck that sounded great. Then about a week later I noticed it looked like they painted over rust and come to find out they did. The tray was going out the steering was swaying once the truck got up to 65 (go figure test drive was on a 35mph road) two window motors went out and apon closer look the suspension was blown. Looking at it tho and doing a short test drive Ive had many tell me its a great truck then I show them it all. So went to another dealer told them what I got and they showed me where its only worth 2.5k they sold it to me for way more then that and the bank verified the worth. Dont get played like I did

Be an informed used car buyer. Check KBB and NADA guides. Inspect, test drive and take the vehicle you are considering to a mechanic for evaluation. Ask to see the carfax report or check the Vin online yourself. Ask to see the title. This goes for any used car purchase. Dont expect a perfect used car, cosmetically or otherwise from anyone. This business is in business to make money, bottom line. That said, weve purchased here here before and will do it again. Weve found them very amenable to negotiate and make the sale. If you want a new car go to a dealership!

I bought a truck there a few years back. On my way home from the lot the check engine light came on. I took it right back they said it was a catalytic converter and said they would fix it. My truck really started running rough, so I took it to Larrys Quality in Bonney Lake and found out that my catalytic converter had been cut out and replaced with one that is not even made for a Ford. They had removed my Check engine bulb when they "fixed" my cat. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They are lairs and cheats and that includes their mechanic Chris. None of them should be trusted!
