Autoland NEVER fails me. I bought my first car from here, with only $1000 down & not so great credit. Payments were very low and something I could afford. Ramiro and Jackie (who is no longer here) helped me get into my first car. I was happy and with no hassles. I ended up trading in the car (bad idea) because I was in need of something bigger. Went to another dealership other than autoland and I regret it!!!! It got me into a very bad situation where 3 other dealership didnt want to work with me. So I gave up. My husband then was in the market for a truck and decided to stop by and see what autoland had to offer. I didnt even bother to get off the car to look because I was in a mindset that no one would be able to help my situation. My husband and car salesman Hugo, walked over to the car to let me know they have the SUV I was looking for, with low miles and a VERY LOW PRICE! I went to look at it and I told Hugo, "yeah there is no point, no one is going to work with me." He insisted, because I have already worked with Ramiro that I would take the car hassle free! And I did! The process was about an 1 hour and a half!! And Ramiro did a great job on having me walk out with the keys in my hand & a car I wanted! Again, low payments and a low down payment! Great customer service! Really sticks to their word! When you see the sign that says bad credit or no credit okay! They mean it! I highly recommend to come here! Autoland will always be my dealership to go to! Thank you Hugo & Ramiro.

I have been car shopping for months now and kept running in to the worst salesman. I finally came to this place after speaking with Joe on the phone and he assured me that he would take care me and he kept his word and even better remained persistent with the refinance companies until he made my goal come true. He even had great hospitality he made sure me and my mother had a comfortable experience and fed us pizza and took care of his employees Thank you again so much Joe. I had a good experience here. Having poor credit these guys really helped me out and worked hard and got me into a 2014 chevy equinox that i love. Considering my credit i think i got a fair deal as well, being realistic i know i cant go anywhere and just expect super low interest and payments, i left with moderate numbers that are doable. Everyone here was also super friendly. Thank you Auto Land for working with me and giving me an oppurtunity to rebuild my credit while enjoying my new ride :)
