I recently got in a car accident and needed a car very badly so I could get to work and take my kids to school. A friend of mine had purchased a car from bay city autos a while back and said that their service and selection were great. I then called them and told them my situation (I have bad credit) and they just told me to fill out an online credit application and before I knew it, I was pre-approved! I then went to their dealership and test drove 3 vehicles that I was interested in. They all drove great and it was hard to choose which one I wanted. I ended up purchasing a 2005 Ford Explorer and I love it. All of their vehicles are Smog and Safety inspected, they even showed me a form that showed all kinds of information that a mechanic checks out before it is put on the lot for sale. I think they said it was a 51+ point inspection. Anyways, I have owned the car for about 60 days and I have not had 1 single problem with it. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are in need of a used car.

It was time for me to buy a new car and I wanted to do as much research as possible before jumping in to buying just anything. It was worth the drive to Hayward from San Carlos in order to buy through Bay City Auto. My last car was a 1997 Land Rover Discovery and I was in desperate need of something new and modern. The customer service here was great, they walked me through the new car process and answered my many questions. The advised me on the best vehicle for my lifestyle and it has worked out great so far! The prices here are very hard to beat and I definitely got the best deal possible for my money. The offer a wide variety of vehicles for a number of price ranges and are glad to work with you.

Went all over San Jose area to find a specific Subaru. Most the dealerships we went too did not seem interested in helping me and were not friendly. Finally found a 2007 Subaru WRX sitting at the corner at Bay City auto. I called and was greeted by a friendly sales person saying "come in, we will stay open for you". Which I appreciated. Ended up going in the next day and buying the Subaru on my birthday. I really appreciate the time the finance manager took to get me approved. They are under new ownership and are under construction. I would recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a used car, I had a great experience. Thank you so much. :)

Last week, I actually had a fantastic experience with Jason at Bay City Auto. He greeted me and my husband on the lot, took us on a couple of test drives and explained the difference between cars I was checking ouy. I got some great info from the conversation, (that I hadnt discovered in my research). And went with my git instinct and bought a car that day. Not only did I feel comfortable with Jason, the dealership itself wasnot crowded/ stressful...all around great experience

Great experience. I went with my brother to get his car just to see how the experience was. The cars we saw were in good condition, very clean, good miles. They showed us exactly what my brother wanted to see and didnt beat around the bush. No hidden fees. Our salesman, Jason, was awesome. Everyone was totally honest and straightforward. Will definitely look here first when its my turn to get a car.
