Great experience! I did a lot of research and went to several dealerships in Hayward and the East Bay, but found the staff at Ultimate Auto Sales to be the most professional and helpful. They are a small, family dealership and I received the attention that I needed that I didnt get at any of the big dealers. They were patient and always got back to me with any questions that I had. They walked me through the finance process and I didnt have any problems at all. I got an excellent, fair price and its been about 3 months and I am very happy with my car. There are so many dealers in the Bay, but I would highly recommend that you start your search with them! Special shout out to Alex -- professional and caring!

So I just moved to Hayward and Ive been looking for a new car and this place popped up. I got to chat with the owners and I was eyeing this Ultima and they were really nice to give me a brief run down of financials. I even got to test it out too! I also told them honestly I have to hold out until Im settled down and they were really nice about it and said I could come back and they would hold the car for me for a few days when I come back! :)
