Excellent service, hospitality, and ongoing support/follow-up. So I was stoked on my new (used) 2006 Nissan Titan V8. And at point of sale pretty darn stoked on Infinitude too: Price.....Quality and Performance...and best of all I never felt rushed or pressured! Many thanks to Dixon and Edison (who helped work out financing and my credit "glitches") and Theresa for efficiently moving me through the sea of paperwork. However, I NEVER had any idea just how much I could appreciate a used car dealership until one Sunday morning, a mere month and a half after purchase, I walked outside to discover the carnage of what remained where my prized truck had been parked the night before. Hit by a drunk driver overnight. Mangled. And as I would soon find out: totalled! Although I had insurance, I had not purchased GAP coverage and was certain that I was going to be both without a vehicle and heavily indebted to the bank for the principle remaining after my insurance settled. However, thats when Dixon and his crew stepped up to the plate. Not only were they concerned and supportive when I showed up Monday morning with what remained of the drivers side "Titan V8", but they actively engaged and assisted me throughout the entire process, making calls and literally moving mountains! As a result, I not only felt much less despondent, but in the end I fully recovered from and was compensated for my loss. Needless to say I quickly reinvested my settlement in another truck from Infinitude! The atmosphere and culture of caring are truly beyond compare..... And ps....For the sake of your own sanity and fiscal health, please, PLEASE listen to Theresas advice when she explains the part about GAP coverage!!

Decently priced used vehicles I guess. Judge for yourself depending on what vehicle youre looking for. Went to look at a Lexus IS F. Rear bumper and front bumper hangs a little so its obvious it has been in some fender benders or maybe worse. Who knows? Noticed one headlight wasnt working and the driver side headlight has lots of cracks it would seem on the inside. If you dont look closely, you wont see it. Sales guy says its a popular car so we will sell as is. Its $1000 for a new headlight. I wouldnt buy that car unless you wanna dish out $1000 right away. Always look carefully at the car youre interested in.

Horrible place! Bought a BMW there thinking all was fine, car fax was fine no accidents some car maintenance info. but not even 2 1/2 months later it dies on me. Infinitude told me sense it was an as is purchase I can not be supported nor helped. Alternator, water pump, battery radiator hose etc. is all that needs/ needed fixing. When ever you buy a car have an attorney review it all because they will get you if you dont just like the $ 950 prep fee. Thankfully now I have LegalShield to back me up. If you curious about LegalShield email me because the dealerships are getting crazy

I went in today serious about buying a 2006 infiniti G35. Their price for the car was fair and the CARFAX looked good. But i was smart enought to take it to the infiniti dealer i payed $200 dollars that i wont get back but i dodged a 3,000 dollar problem that was going to be needed soon. Anyone else interested in buying that infiniti G35 automatic black on black stay away from it. They are waiting for a sucker that just goes by the carfax to buy it quick. Because even after i showed them the report they wouldnt deduct the amount for the fix from the amount asked.

My dad just purchased a 2002 Lexus ES300 from them last week. Very good customer service. They detail the vehicle for us and theres a dent on the vehicle. Its an used vehicle, we didnt expect they will fix it for free. However, they are doing it for free after we request it. They are nice person and make us feel like we are buying it from a friend. I will suggest my friend go buy a car from them in the future.

Horrible place to purchase a used car. They lie about the car being in tip-top shape with NOTHING wrong with it, just to get a sale. If the advertised price is too good to be true, it is. Point being, go to an ACTUAL dealership to get a certified used vehicle/new.
