Following our previous nightmare attempting to purchase a used vehicle off of Ebay (look at my reviews) my wife and I had a GREAT experience at Rose Motorcars! We found a Fiat 500 on their website, ran an Auto Check report and saw that all was well, so went on down for a test drive. When we arrived onsite, we were able to look over the for about 5 minutes and take notes on the pros and cons (we werent "jumped"). After we were done with our initial inspection we looked around for a salesperson, and a young guy named Steven came over. Steven introduced himself, and said if we were interested in the car, we could take it for a test drive - there was no pressure whatsoever. We agreed to a test drive, and Steven went and retrieved the keys from David, the Sales Manager. We were allowed to test drive the car (with Steven) for as long as we needed to in order to properly evaluate the car. Throughout our 1/2 hour test drive, Steven was low pressure, knowledgeable about most of the cars features, and what he didnt know he quickly researched on his smart phone and provided the answer. When we returned to the car lot, Steven asked us what we thought about the car, and my wife and I agreed that we liked it and wanted to move forward. I informed Steven that we were going to compile a list of the few minor used car problems that we found (alignment issue of slight pull to the left, a broken air vent control, torn shift boot, and an armrest issue). Overall, the car was in good condition and the issues we found were just about what youd expect from a 3 year old, 2 owner vehicle. During this process, Steven never became standoffish or cop an attitude. He understood that as potential buyers we wanted to voice these issues, and assured us that our findings were valid and went on to say that he was sure that David the sales manager would work something out with us. We went up to Davids office, discussed our findings with him, and based on our findings, negotiated a price that was agreeable to both of us. We shook hands and drove back home to have our bank finalize the deal by cutting a check for Rose Motorcars. Two days later, we have the car, and it was delivered to us with a FULL detail job, inside AND outside, performed by Steven. The car looks and smells brand new. My wife is the happy owner, and I am glad to put our previous Ebay nightmare behind us. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys and I would not hesitate to deal with them again, as well as recommend them to friends!

I had a good experience with these guys. I purchased a Nissan Leaf (2011) with no hassles, no bargaining (because their price was already low), and all very friendly. Not at all like the typical used car nightmare where you get handed off from one sales person to the next, trying to up-sell you or give you a penny on the dollar for your trade-in. The funny thing was that as you drive up the hill to their parking lot, there is a grassy hill above the lot where cattle were grazing! It was NOT your typical urban used car lot. High tech in the lot (including a late-model Corvette and three Leafs), and low tech behind and above the lot (cows). That put a smile on my face. Will and David were easy to work with, and even offered to drive the car to my house in case I couldnt get a ride to pick it up myself.

Ask for Lyle he will take care of you! Rosemotorcars is a family owned business whose numbed one priority is providing the best customer experience, value, and integrity. You will not regret purchasing a vehicle from them! I purchased two cars from them (both Lexuses) and could not give them but my highest recommendation! You wont find another dealer who rivals their professionalism, quality of service, and competitive prices. I let them know what I was looking for and got exactly what I needed within my price point. I have never had a problem with any of the cars.

David and Leonel helped me and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were very knowledgeable and did not pressure me nor overwhelm me with the car buying process. Facilitated a transaction and kept cash ! On deposits for my mothers car. I was present twice with her and my elderly aunt late 2016 and early 2017 after they moved from San Ramon. Owner Lyle Dizon blamed it on the change in locations. They ask customers to bring in cash instead of a check and mishandled the transaction. Lyle did not give her credit for all the cash and charged her for items that he did not disclose and ripped her off Over $2250 extra .
