Horrible. This guy is completely sketchy and shady. Went to get a 05 Nissan Altima, put a payment of $1500 cash and he told us he had something to do while we went to get a couple documents from home. So he said to come back in about an hour or so. We texted the guy multiple times with no reply. He ended up saying it was too late and to come back the next day. He went and got drunk with his friends with the down payment we gave him. Went back the next day and put the other part of the payment through our credit card. The remaining balance on a credit acceptance line. The total for the car came outto over $7 grand. Bs for an 05 Nissan Altima. Not only that, it had 2 major leaks that he did not tell us about. Steering and oil leaks. Then not even 2 months later, the clutch went out. Dont trust this place. All they want is money. We wouldve been better off buying from Craigslist.

A terrible experience has at least two sides of story, here is mine: I wanted to sell my car, and I read good reviews about this place. I went to the store. The person in the store inspected the car, having testing drive, and communicated with the owner of the place. He offered a number, I asked for two hundred bucks more, he said I can wait for an hour and the owner would come to the store and checked the car, or he suggested me to come again a day before my flight. We had a verbal agreement. I did, and when I arrived, no one was in the store in their business hours. I called. This time the owner offered 300 dollar less than the previous number, and if I agreed, the owner would come to the store in 30 minutes. Yep, in my point of view, the owner wanted to take the advantage that my flight is in the very next day. I drove away.

I just recently purchased a 2006 Land Rover Range Rover with 129k miles. I didnt have an appointment, and they had a few customers already there. But Harman was more than happy to help, went over details of the vehicle and explained that it is sold "as is". I was able to do a test drive, to get a feel of the vehicle. I was still a bit unsure, since I hadnt purchased in a vehicle in a while, so I told them Ill be back. I ended up coming back the following day and viewed the vehicle and I purchased it! Its been about 6 months since Ive had the Range, and its been running pretty good. It was a good deal. Great customer service and great variety of vehicles at their lot. Highly recommend them, because Im very happy with my purchase.

Bought a suv there back 2014, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . 1) SUV HAD NO OIL WHEN I GOT HOME ABOUT 40 MILES NOW I HAVE A LIFTER TAP BECAUSE OF THAT 2) WINDSHIELD WIPERS ONLY WORK ON HIGH SETTING 3) HUB AND BEARING ARE BAD THEY TOLD ME IT WAS JUST THE TIRES. 4) IT ALSO HAS A BATTERY DRAINING PROBLEM WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT 5) LOUD BUZZING NOISE WHEN I DO TURN ON STEREO. WARNING!!! ALL OF THERE CARS ARE GARBAGE JUST LIKE HERMAN. BUT DONT LISTEN TO ME AND YOULL FIND OUT THE HARD WAY LIKE I DID. I ALSO MADE SURE I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS STEALER SHIP AND SCAMMERS

Great customer service! Privately owned lots can easily get a bad reputation, but I have to say I was very impressed. I have very poor credit, with medical bills & a repo! Plus Im self employed, so I knew it wouldnt be a piece of cake for me to get a car financed. However, Herman was very easy to work with. I got a great deal, on a very nice SUV with a free 3 month warranty. I actually live in Monterrey, and they went out of their way to deliver the car for me since they werent able to take my trade in. I would highly recommend giving them a shot!!
