It was the evening and I was on my way to a competitor dealership to drive one of the vehicles in their stock. My phone rang and it was Nicole from Lithia Concord. I was honest with her I had to price my vehicle trade on the Lithia site because the competitors site did not have a vehicle pricing calculator. She told me go ahead and go to the other dealer drive the vehicle and let them set up and price a truck. She went on and told me to bring the deal to her the next day and she wouldbeat it. I did as Nicole told me, the competitor was less than impressive. They only offered what they had in stock and didnt offer any sort of dealer trade. I left the competitors dealership and just thought to myself this is no way to work a deal. I called Lithia Concord after running several models through the TrueCar system for comparison. I spoke with Art a different salesperson... he told me Nicole was not in but he could help me. I arrived at the dealership and was taken to Arts office. He asked about what I wanted we talked and then we walked around the lot to find a truck that met my requirements. He was very apologetic when what I wanted to buy wasnt in stock. As we went inside Art noticed Nicole was in her office so he went and got her to meet me. Together Art and Nicole located a truck for me and Nicole worked a dealer trade and Art went and got my truck. Nicole worked the rest of the deal and gave me an outstanding deal. The next day I was in the dealership to get my truck detailed and washed and I asked about floor mats. Apparently the trade dealership forgot to put them in the truck. Nicole said, what would like, I can order you upgraded floor mats and have them here in 5 days. Outstanding customer service. I cannot say anything bad about anyone at Lithia Concord. Thank God Nicole called me on the way to the other dealership.

I recently had a routine service (oil change and tire rotation) at Lithia. Ive always wished Lithia would take appointments for oil changes although Ive never had to wait too long. I normally just pack my gym bag and if the wait is going to be more than an hour or so, Ill have them drop me off at my gym where Ill spend a couple hours (this is assuming Im not on my lunch hour from work and have the time). But Id still like them to allow customers to schedule an oil change. That being said, my last experience with Lithia was all positive. Everyone was very nice and big kudos to Gary the shuttle driver for being so nice and attentive. Everyone seemed to really care about how my experience was -- more so than Ive felt has been the case in the past, so I think this is a sign they are trying really hard to have happy customers, and they definitely had one when I left. I think their prices are fair -- and I cant always say that for dealers service shops. They didnt push any services I didnt need on me -- my car is two years old but only has 12,000 miles so if I was going strictly by time, I should have had more extensive services done on it by now other than the three oil changes I have had, but they agreed with me that given the low mileage, the oil changes have been sufficient for now. Ill have the next level service performed when the mileage hits 15,000. Another plus about Lithia is they are easy to get to and in and out of - at least for me coming from Walnut Creek. The Iron Horse Trail runs directly behind their facility so you could easily bring your bike or skates and head out on the trail for awhile while your car is being serviced.

My husband and I bought a brand new Jeep Compass here approximately 2 years ago. We did not haggle over price, added an additional warranty and gap insurance. All and all, we were in and out in under 2 hours. A few months ago we bought a house 25 miles from where I work and I needed a better commuter car. I traded the jeep in for a VW TDI Jetta. Below is where it gets interesting. We live in Redding and bought the Jetta in Roseville. We did not want to make the 3 hour trip back home just to turn around and drive 3 hours back to the Bay to get the warranty refund paperwork taken care of. I called Crown Concord at 5:43 to verify we could come in and fill the paperwork out, explaining our situation. They said, "no problem, we are open till 8." I called them at 7:08 explaining we were 30 miles away (half way there) and would make it before 8 but only by a few minutes. As we live so far away I begged them to have the paperwork ready as we had now just driven 30 miles OUT OF OUR WAY because they said they would be there till 8. As far as I know, car dealerships are always willing to stay late to make the sale. I guess since we werent buying a vehicle we were no longer important because we pulled in the parking lot at 7:50 and the lights were out, everyone had already gone home. Heres the kicked. In a year my husband, I and our growing family are looking at purchasing a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. It WILL NOT be from this place and I caution everyone to stay away. There are millions of dealerships and customer service makes all the difference. These people lied to us and wasted our time and money.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I bought a 2014 last year from them, I got my oil changed there few months later and literally 3 days later my radiator hose was completely snapped. (I believe they leaned on it when changing but I have no proof). So I get it fixed there, of course hoses are not covered under the $3000 dollar portfolio elite protection I bought, so that cost me $450 with tow. THEN 2 days after this Im driving and my car is smoking, it freaks me out so I go home and have my husband drive it there next days. Well.... my HEAD GASKETS are now blown!!!! On a ONE YR old car!!! They did not even check them when my hose blew!! So after FOUR WEEKS of my car being in their shop waiting for the techs to fix, (after it got passed down to THREE different techs) I just bought a new car from Dodge in Antioch (who are great by the way) and Antioch Dodge is just going to pay off what I owe. I literally paid down payment for new car what I was paying for rent a car waiting on them to pop my hood. On top of that my Avenger I bought from this place was 1 year old and I bought a BRAND new car from Antioch for same price. Never in my life have I felt so ripped off and ignored. There was one point where I did not hear from them regarding my car in their shop for 9 days. had to go there in person.
