Sales Manager - Extremely unprofessional behavior. Last Saturday, I went in to shop for a new Honda in Concord. Booked an appointment at 12PM, Walked in on time, was greeted and asked to sit in the corner to wait for the Sales rep. Sales rep walks in after 15 mins asking which car i was looking for, explained my requirement and budget. Sales guy 1 tells me that he will get the required information and walks out to his manager. After 15 -20 mins Sales guy1 comes with another sales guy 2 and says that he has to attend another customer and walks away. Had to explain all over to sales guy2 , I wanted to know abt the leasing option, Sales guy2 went up to his manager, returned with another sales guy 3 mentioning that he had to attend other errands, so the sales guy 3 goes thru the leasing options and asks for the cash to pay the down payment, i mentioned that i would like to take the test drive and then would decide on the next plan. He walks out to speak to his manager again, I am there waiting for 10 mins or so. Comes back with the manager, The manager on site that day comes up to me and asks what i was planning to do, i mentioned that i was looking for the car with leather interiors and the colour red which i had specified on the call while booking appointment and to all the 3 sales folks. The manager was so arrogant that he grabbed the paper of the desk tore it and says in harsh voice that he didnt have the variant of car in his showroom, I was taken aback with the unprofessional arrogant behavior from the manager, I politely asked if he could get one from other Showrooms, He asked for additional $$ to get that shipment, At this point i asked if i could get the test drive for the car, he started walking away and again in arrogance mentioned "NO". I felt embarrassed in front of other people who were out there. I decided not to buy a Honda and walked out with the cash i bought back home. I have bought 3 cars till date and visited multiple showrooms, havent ever faced insult like this. Honda should take necessary steps to teach employees basic etiquette to speak to potential customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I do not intend to give this place a 1 star, deserves No stars.

My wife and I purchased a used 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport on 4/9/17. They sold us the car without informing us of the major recall that was announced 10 days prior to the purchase date. The car fax that we were given was generated before the recall was announced. When we spoke with the sales associate and financing we were presented with, and reviewed the old car fax. When completing the purchase of the car we had to sign a "copy" of the car fax acknowledging we received it. We were not informed that it was a new car fax generated that day, which included the recall. Even as we signed the new copy, we were still reviewing the old car fax, which indicated the car had no issues. I didnt receive the new car fax until I went back to complain. It wasnt until later that evening when we realized the car had a major open recall. (Engine Bearings, which can cause the car to suddenly stall) We went back to Concord Honda to discuss our displeasure with the lack of accurate information about the car when purchasing. Concord Hondas position was that they did nothing wrong and they didnt have to do anything. After voicing our displeasure they offered to exchange the vehicle or give us one free oil change and have their service department deal with the recall when available. We were not happy with either choice. They were unwilling to renegotiate the price and contract. The car is definitely not worth what we paid for it because of the major open recall. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service following our discover of the recall. I had to go back several times to discuss with the Sales Manager because she would not return any of my five voicemails. We eventually accepted the free oil change and recall service because it became exhausting to deal with Concord Honda. The Sales Manager said she would email me what I needed to have on file for the future services. She did not put into words what we discussed and only said she talked with the service manager. I again asked her to put the agreement into words to which she has not replied for 5 days now. I will never buy a car from Concord Honda. Terrible experience and customer service.....

This is a review for the service dept. I had the spark plugs replaced and the oil changed in my 2007 Accord. The spark plugs were replaced without a problem, but the mechanic overfilled the oil to where it was above the top mark on the dipstick. I am super picky about my car, and I always check the oil level after a change. Unlike the newer cars with VCM, my car is old school and does not consume any oil between changes. Extra oil could potentially damage your engine or seals, so I voiced my concerns to the service advisor, who took the car back to service and had the extra oil removed. The mechanic was a little sloppy with the oil, though. I found oil drops on my windshield, on the wiper blade (which deformed it), and on the cowl. The service advisor replaced the deformed wiper blade and all was good. I will continue to use Concord Honda for my service needs since the location is convenient and service is usually better than my most recent experience. Who you get as your service advisor also helps a lot with the kind of service you receive, so if you get attitude from one advisor, ask to see another one, or reschedule your appointment with the one you want. Updated review for 5/12/17. I brought my Accord in for preventive maintenance. I had all my hoses replaced since the car was 10 years old (never garaged) and had 120K miles. Some may say this is excessive, but I believe in replacing parts before things go awry. I made an appointment with my favorite service advisor and was greeted promptly. The hoses were replaced and the car was washed. Everything went perfectly. They let me keep my old hoses which I later cut up. They were still good even after all those years and miles. Thats Honda quality. I am very happy with the service I received at Concord. The price was lower than quoted at another dealership, and I can trust their workmanship.

Concord Honda keeps sending me e-mails, telling me to write a review based on my experience. So here you go. I bought a 2015 Civic last April, and have taken it there twice for regular service. I was disappointed both times. The first time, I dropped it off on my lunch break and assumed it would be done when I got off work, four hours later. After all, I just needed an oil change. However, four hours passed and I did not receive a call letting me know the service was completed. I returned to the dealership, and found myself having to remind them that I was waiting. From that point, they had my car done in short order, but I was still a little miffed that they couldnt change the oil in the amount of time they told me they would. I brought it in for a second service a couple weeks ago, this time by appointment. I had to wait a few minutes before I was even greeted in the service bay. They tried to sell me unnecessary services, which I know theyre supposed to do, but I know about cars and I know that things like fuel system cleaner are a crock (especially for a newer car). I was then asked if I would need shuttle service, and I said yes, because I was told that the service would take two hours or so. So I wait in the lobby for about an hour, until the shuttle driver greets me. At this point, I went back to the service advisor to see how much longer my service was going to take. She pulled up my file, and sure enough my car was actually finished and ready to go. What gives? No call to let me know? Are they not trying to get people out the door? So they rang me up, and I was on my way. Anyway, like I said, I am only posting this because Concord Honda insists that I share my opinion. I think that they are expensive, which I wouldnt mind so much if the service was great. But its not. Next time I need to take my car in, Im definitely exploring other options.
