UPDATED REVIEW: Conditions here are going downhill fast. The aisles are getting more crowded, the employees are getting grungier, the lines are getting longer and my patience is growing thinner. Employees, please dont take a group smoke right outside the front door gabbing away at the top of your lungs. Its a disgusting turn-off to someone whos already reluctant to step inside... especially when one of you is a manager. Oh joy, look what we have inside! Never before has a store so small been cluttered by so many boxes. Theyre everywhere, blocking access to the aisles and hiding merchandise on the walls. Half the customers inside are frustrated and complaining. At this point all I want to do is get out of here, but the checkout line is extending into the aisles and theres only one sluggish checker manning the register. Figures. Terrible organizing, terrible atmosphere and terrible waste of time. Never again. Ill visit the Monroe or Bothell locations only from now on. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Its a dollar store. Keep those expectations low and you wont be disappointed. On the positive side, you may be surprised how many items you can get cheaper here than anywhere else. Planning to save on your Kleenex or toothpaste by buying it in bulk at Costco? Forget it - youll find it here for less. Parking is sufficient in the lot outside, especially with so many of the stores in the strip mall currently abandoned. The downside is that the store is usually a mess: items will go unstocked for weeks at a time while mountains of unopened product boxes line the aisles and restrict walking access. Service also tends to be fairly low but depends largely on the individual sales associate or manager, some being helpful and pleasant but others being a bit on the scary side. Come to think of it, a haunted house could be a pretty decent symbol for this place: spooky, dirty and challenging to navigate, yet surprisingly diverting and not a bad use of time.

Horrible. The staff was swearing and using awful language towards one another. Also, the cashier had such a sour attitude and just refused to accept any compliment nor did she seem like she wanted to be there. When I leave the comfort of my home, I want the atmosphere to be professional enough to where I dont have to feel threatened. Even the simple action of walking around felt intimidating because I had had to witness the manager scream at one of their employees right in front of me. I usually dont care about poor service but this was such a negative experience I had to speak out. Its unacceptable even for a store like Dollar Tree!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. A lady walked in to this store a minute and a half before closing time, and was kicked out. I advocated on her behalf, as she really needed to buy something, and showed whoever was in charge that it was still before closing. "Too bad, were closed, leave" were her words. And I was not the customer, I got what I needed, but I am compelled to give this business a one star rating - it was absolutely awful!

Everythings a dollar whats not to like? Excecpt that the isles are often full of boxes and the store is really disorganized the bathroom even though its always locked is still always gross and the lines are super long and I hope u dont want a balloon cuz u have to wait in line to pay for it and order it then wait another 20 minutes before the one checker gets everyone else in line done before you get your balloon

Recently the manager was super helpful when I needed a large quantity of reading glasses for a mission trip. She let me dig through a few boxes so I had a good assortment. She is very friendly and helpful

Your everyday dollar store... came in while they were stocking the shelves... For awhile the shelves were disorganized and depleted... great to see the shelves nicely stocked with products.
