I walked in and NEITHER of the employees greeted me. They both just stared at me in silence until I asked who can help me pay my bill. Then the answer was, "I can help you in a minute." Absolute lazy little teenagers working here. Who obviously do the bare minimum for a pay check. Att has always sucked with customer service and tonight just tops all of the bad experiences.

Buyer BEWARE! this is not an AT&T store, its an authorized retailer. go to the south-center or Renton landing locations, they are the real AT&T stores. these guys dont care about customer service at all! only about selling you a phone and are very misleading about the 14 day return policy. i will never go here again!

Horrible. No one greeted me for almost 15 mins. Only 1 person in the store to help people. Zackary didnt know what he was doing or the products and had sweat issues along with Body odor! Tear this place down or get some actual workers.

Poor customer service. Slow, rude, eating messy food in the showroom in front of customers. Wanted to spend money there but walking away disgusted.
