It must be since the remodel that things really got bad. I used to love shopping here and could always find good clothes or other random things or even furniture. Now its very frustrating to look for anything. The clothes arent in any order except for type of clothing, no size order. The aisles are so full sometimes with stuff both on the shelf teetering and on the floor of the aisle blocking passage with your shopping cart. The furniture is so smashed in that you have to leave your cart somewhere to go down the aisles to see the furniture. You can no longer look through paintings/pictures because they are so stacked and jammed into the shelf that moving one picture to look means a possible avalanche of heavy various sized paintings. Pricing is ridiculous lately as well. Its a charity, right? I always round up for training and donate all the time and I feel like Goodwill has become greedy. All the staff that Ive met are wonderful and helpful as they can be (they get the 2 stars; the store sure doesnt) but it seems new management has not been organizing the store well. I love thrift stores and its been wonderful living near this Goodwill but I might avoid this store completely in the future and head up to Kents Value Village.

I bought some things, they told me I could return it for one week. When I came back, I had to wait ten minutes w/ my small son for the manager. She gave me a bad attitude, and gave me only a store card, when I was told I could get cash back. Throughout the transaction, she was rude and dismissive to me. I had bought about six things, and had to return four of them. They keep selling broken stuff, and wont refund you, and are rude. Dont shop here! They dont train cashier train well so they can inform the customers correctly. This not a charity it is a business and they are in to making money. They love to take your money in return to their broken stuff. they dont even bother to check the quality of items they are offering. When you try to return thing, they give you a card so you buy some more of their broken items. If you love your money dont shop here. you might as well burn it.

It has been remodeled and not easy to shop. Racks are crammed and so over loaded with clothes, the customer cannot see much, arms get tired trying to separate clothes and clothes are falling off hangers. Store is not user friendly and prices are high. Nice large dressing rooms that smell like barf. Go to Value Village in Kent. Much easier to shop there and prices are about the same. Goodwill only gives Senior Discount one day a week. I am a senior every day of the week! Value Village gives Senior Discount everyday!! Dont buy puzzles there either...always missing pieces.

This is by far the best goodwill in the area. Although the normal prices are high for a thrift store (a common theme for goodwills unfortunately), the auburn goodwill has an outstanding selection of $0.99 items each week. Im talking four full racks of ladies clothing thats frequently Ann Taylor, Free People, Banana Republic, Dress Barn, Liz Claiborne etc. Some even with the original tags on them! I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, and they always will give you the $0.99 price if an item is on those racks but without a tag. Love this store!

They have the worst customer server ever. I called 5 times to get a count on mason jars and the cost of them before making the trip. They told me they did have them after disconnecting me 3 times. I called back for the 4th time and again didnt have the price, oh and got hung up on by someone else who didnt check to see if anyone was on the phone. Called back a 5th time when the person told me the price but had to go look to see if they had enough. To my surprise after all of that they didnt even have any. Poor poor. I would never go to this store..

I couldnt find a product, so I asked for help. She brushed me off, uttering in broken English, "No. No. No." However, the front desk associates were kind enough to refer me to a Saint Vincents down the road, where I found the product I was looking for. Very nice of them! I appreciate it! Generally, Goodwill is pretty expensive (unlike Salvation Army and St. Vincents) because they pay their employees, benefits and all. Theyre a business, not a charity organization, so dont be fooled. But you can still find some cool stuff there.

Dont waste your money on the junk they sell here. You have better luck finding something useful if you check your local garbage can instead of goodwill. Recently I bought an LCD screen for my old garage computer and it turns out its completely defective. They will not return my money or give me credit because they dont take electronics back. How was I suppose to test it? Do they provide computers for me to do that? I havent shopped there for years and its definitely my last time there. Taking my business to eBay or Newegg.

Its really amazing how much they charge for stuff that they get donated to them. I understand their mission and what their revenue is supposed to go toward, but when they sell things only 5-15% less than brand new in a Fred Meyer down the street, seems a little much. The other downside is there are always a ton of transients sitting out front. Would not surprise me if theyre the same bunch that is responsible for a lot of the vehicle prowls that occur in this lot.

Since they remodeled this place, I never find anything here anymore. The prices are pretty outrageous if you do stumble across a decent find. For instance, a glass cake stand was $15.99. You can find brand new ones for $9.99. Over in the textile section, theres always a bad sewer odor lingering too. The furniture section is an accident waiting to happen, stuff always stacked haphazardly.

Awesome awesome selection of used goods. One of the best selections ive seen. Although staff is useless and the surrounding comunity is terrible. If you dont mind the occational fight or crack head then you can get great stuff here! Also, no tag on your item? Dont bother asking for a price, they wont give it to you. Probably due to high theft. Otherwise cool stuff!

If you want to be followed all around the store by an employee like youll steal something, have to wait 15 minutes for a fitting room and have to listen to screaming babies all day, this is your place. Everything is disorganized and stuff is hard to find. The parking lot is a mess and its just ghetto

The first thing i notice when i enter Auburn GoodWill is the smell, i would have to describe the smell as dirt mixed with fecal matter. If your shopping for dust Auburn goodwill keeps there shelves stocked full of it Everything is sorta thrown around and its difficult to find things..
