If i could rate with O stars I would. So rude on the phone... sarcasm at its finest. I own my own businesses and would fire the 2 women I spoke to over the phone today. I was looking for a prepaid card I normally purchase from Frys. Which isnt convenient for me.. so I called this AT&T store to ask if I could purchase the same AT&T card as I do at Frys. I was told I couldnt activate a prepaid on my own, with my existing At& t phone. Which I was shocked at, because it is a AT&T product. I was told Id have to come into the store and have them activate for me. That I wouldnt be aloud to activate a prepaid on my own. All of which was fine.. I was just shocked with the rudiness of the Shelly or Sheba. Im not even sure that I was given there real names. They made it very apparent that they didnt want my business unless I was putting my phone onto a plan. Which wasnt what I was wanting to do. VERY rude Customer service. They definitely werent looking for new customers. So glad I had this experience over the phone and not in person. Whom ever is managing this location should definitely go over phone etiquette with there employees. I wont be doing any business with this location in the future. This occurred on Saturday July 2nd at 1120am. Two females handled the call and both were very rude with a gang like etiquette, very improper english.

If I could rate this 0 stars - trust me I would. I came in today to inquire about options as my two year contract had just ended and I wasnt sure what options I had. When speaking to the lady (cant remember her name) about my account, she seemed as if I was "bothering her". She kept cutting me off numerous times as well as stating things I already knew like my contact was over & I was now on month to month. I suggest going to another retail location other than this.

Im so glad that there is a store that actually gives you good and fast service. My experience was A++. I have been coming to this store the last few times i needed something for my phone and they are always really fast, efficient and very friendly. SOOO much better than the corporate stores! corporate stores take forever to get service!

Jennifer is the best! Ive had a few people with ATT that simply are great at their jobs. Its the people above them that I have a problem with. 15 months of my bill being incorrect. Months to get a huge credit but the bill is still wrong. The people in store do their job really well but corporate needs to do their job.

This is a great store to go to. Better than the Corporate stores. Orontez was very honest and answer all my questions. Amazing customer service. I came in to make a bill payment and a few questions. And ended up getting a new phone and saving money on my plan. Thank you Orontez.

Purchased a galaxy S7 screen protector for $50 (installed by them, it doesnt cover the whole screen and it started peeling off within 2 hours and they "dont do exchanges on Gadget Guards". Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time.
